a good time away from home

The stay was lovely,the staff were nice and friendly the hotel resturant was fairly priced and the food was good.

Great hotel

One side of the hotel is not very hospitable. I would not recommend walking to the hotel from Atlantic Avenue. The receptionist was hospitable, but talked extremely fast and I could not understand what she was explaining, even after requesting to repeat it twice.

Great Room for the money

Great hotel for the money. It wasn't too far from the boardwalk and the neighborhood was quiet which is much needed after being in the casinos. There was an excellent seafood place right across the street which the concierge, who was very friendly and helpful, recommended. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice place to lay their head at night after living it up and AC.

PARKING

Ididn't like having too pay $12 a day too park on there property.

Check in sucks

check in was at 3:00pm we got there at 3:07pm and the room was not ready at 6:00pm we had to call the hotel (because they didint call us )then we were told yes the room is ready . when we got back at the hotel they took my card info and id and sent us to our room . At check out we were charged another $12.00 for parking?????????? on there lot. other then that every thing was good . price was alittle high.

Nice Location, Clean Rooms, Needs Improvement on Customer Service.

The location was nice and the room was clean. Had to wait an hour to get in our room because the lock was not working. We had to return to the front desk multiple times to followup regarding maintenance coming to fix the lock. It's a nice place to stay, but they need to work on their response time and customer service.
