Good value

The room was clean, bed relatively comfortable and the water hot. A few restaurants are within a reasonable walking distance and many others are within easy driving distance.

Good value for the money

I've stayed here several times and still believe it's a decent place. The rooms have been clean and the water hot for showers. The location is good if you're planning to frequent places in Overland Park, KS. Since it's just off Metcalf Blvd, access to tons of restaurants and stores is just minutes away. For example, Carrabbas Italian restaurant and Fox & Hound are within walking distance a few blocks north, but many other places are within easy driving distance both to the north and the south on Metcalf.

Comfortable hotel

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for an overnight stay. Our room (1 queen bed) had a separate sofa, desk, refrigerator, and microwave. The bathroom was also comfortable. The continental breakfast was above expectations, too, with more than just bagels and cereal. The only point of criticism I had is that the bed was way too plush and I had a sore back the next morning. However, I slept pretty soundly.

Great Stay Soft Beds

If you like a bed that doesn't have a frim mattress this is the palce to stay. Great staff, had questoins on how to get to certain resturants abd local sites they took the time and went ot map quest and provided directions! The only neative was that in room 119 the water in the shower is barley warm. Maintenance did come in a timely manner but the water never really get hot. HIGHLY RECOMMENDTO STAY RIGHT OFF OF i 435!!

clean and friendly hotel and well be going back I have already recommeded it to several friends

great room for the money, even my stay at home husband comented on the good price and the good breakfast.

Great location

The hotel was in a great area very close to shopping areas and the New Dinner Theatre!

Only stayed overnight, but had a pleasant experience

The front desk manager was very helpful. The room and hotel was very clean and we didn't notice any noise during the night from other guests. Pleasant stay.
