Ft. Lauderdale Beach Resort Hotel & Suites

Not the best

Had trouble getting enough towels for guests, had swimming suits and beach towels stolen from railing outside room. Tiki bar on Friday night had police there making arrests. Shower didn't drain right and bathroom floor flooded. Nice big room but tiny bathroom.

Hotel is in bad condition. Rooms are not clean.

Decent, but no beach access

This hotel was ok for a place to sleep and shower, and the AC works well, but that's about it. If you are looking for No-frills cheap lodging, this place is excellent. My room had tile floors (even on the 3rd floor), so bring you flipflops unless you are into bare feet on a cold tile floor. We couldnt get to the beach eventhough it said 200yrds from the beach. But then it seemed that public beach access was difficult throughout Ft. Lauderdale - mostly condos and such directly on the beach.

Needs Improvement

The room had a refrigerator and a microwave, which I love, but one of the refrigerator's legs was an inch or more shorter than the others, so it wobbled terribly. Also, the cable tv wasn't working properly in the room, so I couldn't watch it. I suppose I should have called the desk to complain, but I was tired and just ignored it. It was a stormy night and the door kept rattling, so I had to wad up some toilet paper to jam in there to keep it quiet enough for me to sleep. I'll stay somewhere else next time.

definitely needed a coat of paint in my room.i know that fla has a lot of humidity, but in addition to the dirt on the walls, you could see spots on the ceiling and top of the walls. floor was a little sticky by the refrigerator. i was there 4 nights, there was a pair of flipflops in front of door the entire time. pool was small, and allthough i thought the price was o.k., it was on par with the other hotels in the are. also kind of out of the way location. bed was nice, ac was cold, and the room was made up every day.

party hotel

HOtel has rooms rigth in front of a tiki hut bar noise and music blasting until 3 am showers dont drain properly and noise and people walking and screaming down the halways . This hotel is a place to party not a place to go to sleep after a long day
