great bargain

Hotel was definitely a bargain. Room was in great shape. Only complaint was internet was a bit shaky. Had a very difficult time getting a signal. Would stay here again though without any hesitation.

Don't do it!

The room had a terrible stale odor. After 5 minutes in the room I left the key on the dresser and left. Do not stay here under any circumstance. Employees were very nice but the property is awful.

I've stayed at this hotel and have recommended it twice to friends n family. We all found the stay comfortable n were satisfied with the stay

Good quality for the price

Although neighboors were not that quiet it was a nice stay. a fridge in the room would be a very good plus. The restaurant next door is convenient with basic food.

The hotel is fine, nice staff at the desk. Room would need a coffee maker. A little bit noisy (neighbourgs not so quiet). Restaurant "chez Diane" next door, very convenient, French Canadian hostesses. Close to the airport, shuttle. Globally nice.

nice renovations for a older hotel, clean rooms and comfy beds, front desk staff superb.

Average value for the money

Room rates are cheap. Since we had to stay for one night only - it was OK. Selected this hotel because of proximity to the FLL airport. The front desk staff were courteous. Hotel has an airport shuttle that starts at 6 am. So if you want to catch an earlier flight - better have your car with you. The hotel beds were small, the wash basin did not have enough water pressure. Bathroom was just about OK - the door did not have a latch.

TV picture wasn't very clear, bad receptacles in room

Booked room for 3 adults. They always put clean towels in room everyday for 2 adults. Had to go to office every day to remind them of this and manually get a 3rd set of towels. No coffee maker or apt. size fridge in room. When I plugged in my cell phone charger behind TV, the TV came on by itself. Nothing would plug into the receptacles, tightly. Something is wrong with the receptacles.

Needs Improvement

Horrible stay, No air conditioning in the room, made complaints to the front desk, nothing was done about it, very dissapointed, nothing was done to accomodate me...Because the charges were made prior to my stay on my visa card through Hotels.com
