hotel is nice and great.. but over priced restaurant services and room service reduce to quality comparing the price a lot..

Everyone is extremely helpful and everything was promptly done. First floor you have a nice large patio compared to the floors above!

Trip Type: Business Review 3 of 8Great Hotel
I travel approx. 85% of the year for business and I have to say the Mansion is fabulous. The service is impecable and the rooms are elegant. During my stay I had the opportunity to pass a movie star in the lobby of the Mansion and as he was leaving I overheard him comment to the staff that he had a wonderful stay and thanked them as he was ushered into his waiting car.

EVERYONE at the hotel was so service oriented and really made it a point to make guests feel special. I would stay here again and again and again . . . . LOVED IT!

Trip Type: Business Review 5 of 8Great hotel and great restaurant... but overly attentive for my style
I stayed here because I had a dinner meeting here and the hotels.com rate was the same as the rate for my usual Dallas hotel (a full service chain location). It's a very nice hotel, but let's face it, most hotels have nice beds these days so the rest of the niceties can be easily lost on someone like me who just wants my key so I can go to my room and relax. Upon checkin they are asking if you need dinner arrangements; you are escorted to your room by a bellman, even if you have nothing for them to carry (I handed him my 6 lb overnight garment bag just because he was there; immediately a waiter arrives with a pear tart and glass of iced tea and a maid arrives to provide ice and a bottled water. That's nice service, but a level of fussiness I don't really need. The food in the restaurant was excellent, with the exception of my appetizer which was a bit of a miss. All of the desserts at our table were to die for. The only whim they could not cater to was a ride to my meeting the next morning. Though they have an in-house car service, their driver does not come on duty until 7 AM and my meeting was at that time.

Trip Type: Business Review 7 of 8Very Enjoyable
This was a very very nice property. Probably would not have stayed here if we didn't score such a great deal on hotels.com. I am very grateful that I did. Staff was very welcoming and ambiance was terrific. Everything was first rate. My only (minor) complaint was that the TV looked like it was 10 years old, which is par for the course at regular hotels but I expected more from this one. I highly recommend this hotel - service was top notch!
