Me and my friends stayed at this hotel for my friends birthday the front desk attendent John was ver polite and willing to help.Everything was clean and kept up,i didnt have any problems with the construction it was not a factor or a distraction. I would totally recommend this hotel to anybody.Even the breakfast staff was friendly. Just make sure and check over your charges before you leave thats my only suggestion.

Maybe the best quality/price hotel near the French Quarter. Clean, friendly, and the lobby area beautiful.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 6 of 104Great room for the money
Hotel was great for the money and exceeded my expectations. When I first arrived some of the electrical outlets were not working, and when I notified the hotel maintenance was there to fix it in less than 2 minutes, being very curteous. Only issue was that the hotel parking was full, however there were alternatives close by. I would definately stay there again.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 7 of 104Location, Location, Location
The hotel itself was in decent condition. You can tell many of the rooms were renovated, but they were still working on many other parts of the hotel. Because of the construction, the lobby was quite the eyesore. Inside the rooms, we found comfortable accommodations although the toilet randomly made loud noises. The best part about the hotel is its location. We were literally 1 block from Canal St and 2 blocks from Bourbon St. INCREDIBLE location!

Perfect hotel choice. Very close to all of the French Quarter attractions. The rooms were very nice, most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The staff was very freindly and helpful.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 11 of 104Late July 2009 Stay
Clean and comfortable for good price. Lobby/first floor under significant construction. No noise issues in room. Air worked great in the room(important in July). Clean, reccently rennovated bathrooms. Soft beds and flat screen tvs. Easy walking distance to Burbon street, but not in French Quarter. Parked in the basement garage for $11 dollars a day(cheap for the area/summer special). Front desk staff have to raise garage "arm" to let you in and out(you can call from the car or walk in and ask..always was immediate for us/ plus you walk everywhere).Front desk staff very helpful.Rennovation scheduled to be finished by November.

The customer service at this hotel was great. Check in was easy and they were very polite. Any time we had questions on where to go or how to get there, they were very helpful. The beds were amazing! They were so comfortable, I wanted to take it home! I would definitely stay at the Baronne Plaza again.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 14 of 104Perfect Location
This hotel is a wonderful value. It's not in the quarter, but it's only one block off. Easily within walking distance to Bourbon St. and is within eye sight of Canal St. The neighborhood felt safe, which is important in New Orleans. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I'd stay here again for sure.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 15 of 104Wonderful stay
I have to say that I was not expecting as good of stay as I had. The hotel is under-construction so that is basically the bad. The room was a basic room with two beds and a nice LCD TV. The beds were really nice and comfortable. The location is awesome. It is close but not too close. The staff was very very polite and helpfull. I would stay there again and would suggest to others to stay there.
