Needs Improvement

it is not that bad. it is ok.

Very happy with hotel

We went on a budget family vacation. Happy with the hotel. The positive stuff... small casino but good music, great hospitality, two blocks from Fremont Street(Vintage Vegas) diner inside hotel has great breakfast and dinner specials open 24 hours. The negative... no ice machine had to get from restaraunt and no pool. Over all impressed for the price we paid(very budget).

Walking distance to the Strip

Not a bad location. You just have to walk over the i15 and your right at the Excalibur and Luxor. As for the Hotel, looks like its in the ghetto. It is a bit run down, except for the main entrance...and I mean the actaully door area! The pool picture online is great..but it looks like the worst community pool in the heart of the projects. The rooms were OKAY..a bit small, but they were clean. Everything worked fine in the rooms. The casino is an old school trucker stop type of hangout. So if you like that then great...if not..don't stay there. That will probably be my last time I ever stay there.

NEEDS LOTS OF IMPROVEMENTS

The room was nice,tidy and clean. We had clean towels evryday and they did clean the room, and that's about it. When we got there the staff was rude, the outside appearence of the hotel looked NOTHING like t does in the picture online, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! The surrounding area looked like we were in So.Central LA. You can hear EVERYTHING from outside, people wallking, talking, running, everything. The housekeeping staffed walked in my husband and I. They knocked once then just opened the door without waiting for a response, when brought to the front desk attention, they said they would talk to her and get back to me(they didn,t!)I asked them about it at check out and of course the housekeeper denied it! They charge this REDICULUS room fees plus tax, why I don't know. With all the extra fees, they need to do some major improvements. Although the price was right, that's the only this that was right. I will NEVER EVER stay at the hotel again....

Don't go there!

Bad: 1) One of my pillows had some kind of a stain on it. 2) I was locked out of my room and it took the front desk 15 minutes to figure out why my key doesn't work with the door. 3) One night when I came back from dinner, there were at least 5 cop cars in the back parking lot arresting a guy. 4) The day I checked in, a guy (not sure if he's staying there) was climbing up and down the building. There are stairs !!! I guess he wanted to exercise or he was just weird.

Needs Improvement

This hotel was run down, the beds were horrible and uncomfortable, the sofa sleeper had broken spring and was sunk in so the mattress would not sit on top of the bed. We had to put the sofa mattress on the floor so our kids could get some sleep. There was so much noice running through the walls when some one flushed the toilet or took a shower. People running around upstairs all night long and people banging the fence with a heavy object. Horrible, Horrible.

Not safe, not well insulated walls, hard beds

The class of people that stays there is very low. The police knocked on our door at night, and we heard their voices say, "oh wrong door".

"Lousy Service"

I looked up this Hotel and it looked nice. I thought, what a great weeekend deal! This was great place and with my kids, a pool was perfect. When we arrived I was shocked at it's appearence. It was old and dingy. It's more like a truck stop rather than a hotel. The staff were not friendly at all. You do need a credit card to check in. There are no exceptions. They require a $100 cash deposit for every night booked. We had to call room service several times and eventually they did come in the evening. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Clean, Quiet, Affordable, Easy, Secure, Safe

I was so surprised! For the price, we enjoyed a clean, quiet nights rest. Very close to the Vegas Strip, but when we were ready to sleep, our beds were clean and available. Security, well lite. Breakfast affordable and available. Gambling available. the only problem we had, was the key card didn't work on our second days stay, but it took about 5 minutes to get that fixed and we were back in our room! We feel like we found a Vegas Gem. This little hotel was better than any Jackpot in Vegas to us! thank you!

Not very accomodating

I arrived early with very little luggage, and they would not give me a place to store the luggage untill check in time, which was about one hour later.
