The Orleans Hotel & Casino

Always excellent experince.

We have been staying at this hotel everytime we visit Las Vegas and time after time it has provided us with excellent service from the valet staff, check in staff to the restaurant staff. Just an outstanding hotel even if it is not in the Strip.

Great Room for the money

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and housekeeping were excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay by the strip but who also enjoyes quite surroundings.

Enjoyed our stay very much!

We didn't know what to expect but the rooms were very clean and the hotel far exceeded our expectations. The steak house on the main level was superb with the best tasting rib-eye my husband had ever eaten. Over all, very nice and enjoyable.

Great for family on a budget

The rooms were clean and larger than most standard rooms. The hotel offers plenty of options of activities for the family between the movie theater, arcade and bowling alley. Not necessarily the place to stay if you want to be close to the strip but still close enough to visit.

Avarage Hotel

Only stopped one night before we took our flight home was not to please that you have to pay a $5.00 charge resort fee for services that we did not use ie swimming pool the services should be included in the price. Will not use hotels that charge extra for standard services.

great room

we had a good experience during our stay in the hotel although we did not play casino.the staff were nice,the room was clean and spacious.its quiet.we chose a non smoking room so the room smells good too.there was a cable tv so we were able to watch our fave tv shows while resting in the hotel.we have to pay an extra $5 per day for resort fee but it was okay.the parking was free anyway.i only wished there was a laundry area in the hotel because we still have to drive down to sahara to have our dirty clothes washed and its expensive.id rather have a coin laundry and do it myself to save money but there was no laundry area available in the hotel.and if you booked a room that is the 2 in 1 all day buffet which means you pay only $21 and your companion can eat for free.however, go at the french buffet restaurant(which is inside the hotel) early because its easily jam packed.when we got there at 10 am,it was so crowded and lots of people were still waiting in line so we decided to eat elsewhere. we were very hungry and tired so we cant wait to stand in the line and starve.actually we were not able to use the 2 in 1 buffet coupon so we will just keep it as a souvenir.as for the hotel location,its not that bad.but if you want a hotel that is really down the las vegas strip,you can try bellagio, mirage or ceasars palace hotels.

Great Hotel

We took our children and had really researched hotels that would be family friendly. The Orleans was perfect. The price was great and the hotel was very nice. Our room was large and very comfortable and clean. The restaurants were good and the pool nice though the main pool was very cold. We were very pleased with our stay.
