An O.K. Hotel

This hotel offer complimentary shuttle service to the airport and to the tri-rail, which is very good. The breakfast is wonderful and the staff is also pleasant. Just wish they offered shuttle service to the malls.

Served Its purpose

We were taking a cruise and needed a place to sleep overnight. It was good for that.The room was clean and very close to the port. We were a bit surprised that it was under the Ramada flag after staying there.

Missed flight suprise stay.

Missed my flight and chose hotel for transportation to and from the airport. Plesantly suprised with the hotel fodd was good and affordable.

Great Hotel for the money

We stayed here several times on our vacation because they take you to and from the airport and cruiseport for no charge. They also picked dropped me off and picked me up at the rental car location. The staff was very helpful whenever I needed them. A car rental company left me stranded the first day I was in town and the staff helped me find a car. The free breakfast was very good. The room was nice and comfortable. I would stay again.

Nice and comfortable

This hotel has it all. A free airport shuttle, a great full breakfast buffet, and offers a free shuttle to the Port Everglades if you are going on a cruise. This hotel has it all, especially if you are going to a cruise. It is also about 10 minutes from the beach where everybody goes....have the front desk call a cab for you. There is usually a cab out front within 3-4 minutes and the fare costs about $14 to the beach. Yes, recommended.

Very unsatisfactory

When we checked in, it was a very convenient and easy process, although very late at night. That was, until I reminded the clerk that we had a party of 5 travelling together and would need a rollaway. She informed me that they had none left, and they just give them to guests on a first come, first serve basis. I reminded her that we had confirmed our request a few days prior, and were guaranteed one. She told me they would send up blanets and pillows for us. While not ideal, it was late and we decided to make it work. The linens never came. When I called down about 45 minutes later, the front desk informed me that they did not have any blankets or pillows left either. Needless to say, two adults and a 10 year old in a double bed did not make for a relaxing stay....

Needs Improvement

We stayed one night prior to a cruise and although it was okay, I wouldn't recommend staying any longer than that. First the negatives: Jets are going over the hotel until around 2:00am in the morning and it was loud enough that I thought they were landing on top of the roof; even with ear plugs in. Air conditioner was old and I struggled with cooling the room down and sleeping restlessly because of the noise or turning it off to sleep but ending up with a hot room. Hotel workers started using the leaf blower right outside our room at 8:00am. They also lit up a cigarette and the smoke was coming into our room. They were also yelling to communicate with other workers. Positives: The highlight is their breakfast. It is a beautiful spread with french toast; great bacon, etc. Very well done. Also, free parking was a plus and a free shuttle was offered between certain hours to the airport and cruise terminal. Although I didn't use it, I appreciate this free offer. If you want to just crash and stay one night, it could be okay. The hotel is conveniently located to the airport and the cruise terminal. Swimming pool was average but clean. Don't expect the luxury that this hotel line has exhibited at other locations. This hotel was run down and needed updating.
