Impecable Service

When I arrived ,from a long three hour drive from New Yor City, my room still was not ready. I was told it would take two hours in order for my room to be ready. After speaking with Natacha at the front desk, she got me into my room with in 20 minutes. Thank you Natacha

Needs Improvement

The actual room was nice and comfortable, but my room keys would not work. I had to make multiple trips back to the front desk to get the service that I felt I deserved. It was not until I demanded that someone else from the hotel accompany me to the room that I finally had keys that worked, and that was after trying four of them. Very frustrating experience and not a good feeling wondering if your keys would work every time you left your room to do something.

Very relaxing

the actual hotel room experience was good. i wasn't too impressed with the casino. excellent room for the money; very comfortable. would stay again if the price is right.

Not Good

I thought the Hilton would be a nice hotel and it was not. It was away from everything. The casino was not as big as I thought, and not busy at night.

Surprise Credit Hold

The rooms were very good and they made accomodations for a handicap person without extra charges. Little disturbed by $100, hold for room key.

Great Way To Celebrate

Me and 3 of my girlfriends went to AC to celebrate & have a "Girls Night" for the weekend! The price we got for 2 nights at The Hilton Casino Resort through hotels.com was GREAT!! We weren't able to get to the hotel until late Friday night, but when we got to the Hilton, we were able to find the garage to park easily and we only had to wait a few minutes to check-in. When we got to our room, it was Beautiful & spacious!! It had a refrigerator & microwave, & the bathroom was Huge (which was essential for 4 women..haha!)! It was very clean & the staff were friendly. When we went out Friday night, we walked to the Tropicana, which was only a few blocks away! :-D The next morning, we missed the Housekeepers the first time, but they were nice enough to call the room & asked if we would still like the room cleaned. I thought that was GREAT because we were concerned that we were not going to get new towels & such for the next morning. Saturday afternoon, we walked to the boardwalk to have lunch & do some shopping! We were even able to walk to the Outlets! The Hilton was in a GREAT location!! We were able to do so much! :-D Saturday night, we wanted to go to the Borgata's Club Mixx. We were informed (on hotel.com's review of the Hilton & confirmed by Hilton staff) that we could take the Jitney for $2.25 (each way) to the Borgata & it came every 5 minutes or so! We decided to take a taxi cab to the Borgata & we negotiated a price with the driver to take us for $10 (it would have cost of $14 otherwise, which is not a bad price either way)! :-D On the way home we took the Jitney. The Jitney can only seat approx. 20 people, so if you don't get there early enough, you'll have to wait for the next one to come around, but as I noted above, the Jitney comes by every 5 minutes or so. We had to wait for the 2nd Jitney to come by, but the driver was nice enough to radio to following driver that there were 4 women waiting at the Borgata to be picked up. Great Hotel

Hotel was located at the 'quiet' end of the boardwalk which was very nice. The only downfall is that if your not into walking then you needed to drive or take a ride on the boardwalk to get to the other end of the boardwalk. I personally liked being at the quiet end. Gave me a reason to do some walking.

Outstanding Customer Service!

Let me just say, I read reviews on this site before booking my room, and the recurring complaint was rude customer service. Now, after my visit, I would like to disagree. The check-in counter employees were very kind and very accommodating, they even gave me a huge, FREE, room upgrade. If you are visiting a hotel, particularly one surrounded by a bad neighborhood, please understand that these employees are ALWAYS dealing with rude and nasty people. Even while I was checking in, I had two rude guests interrupt me to make a complaint. Moral of the story: Always give the staff hotel the benefit of the doubt by extending extra grace! :-)
