Needs Improvement

We enjoyed our stay, the buffet was great, fresh food. The view from my room was great, I had an ocean and neighborhood view. The area was quiet, I enjoyed that. The room needs some improvement, the carpet look dirty, there was old tape around the rim of the tub, like they had pulled something up and did not scrape up the old tape. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will go back.

Good hotel for the location

The hotel is a little outdated. But the room is clean. It is good that it locates on the Broadwalk but it is a little far away from everything. The staffs are very nice and very helpful. The bathroom light was broken when we checked in. When we called they came right away and fixed it. Also, the air condition was not running properly. After we called, the person came fixed it right away. All the staffs are very polite and very professional. The only complain I have is the swimming pool. The water is dirty and the area is too cold. Other than that is worth the money.

Spend the extra $10 and stay somewhere else...

This was a complete waste. From the lackluster service to the extra charges for EVERYTHING: Parking, Internet, $16/person for a flat out awful buffet... Seriously, stay somewhere else... someplace that isn't resting on its laurels and actually cares about the guests. This hotel experience was the worst I have ever had while traveling.

Almost Perfect Stay

Compared to other busy hotels on the AC Boardwalk, the Hilton was clean and well maintained, even their restrooms. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Access to the boardwalk and parking garage was better than most. Only problem was a noise from a neighboring service room that could be heard 24 hours a day. Hilton was unable to identify the noise source and did not offer to move our room.

Outstanding Hotel. but

As first timers to atlantic City, the hotel staff was not helpful in telling us about things like parking, pool usage, restaurants. It would be nice to have a "welcome package" Maybe some basics on what to do if you have never played any gambling. where to pay money to play the slots. just some general how to's. also the restaurants there were not wonderful. We could only go to a 3 restaurants, one was basiclly a coffe shop, and then a high priced rest. and the medium priced one most of the people could hardly speak english,so it was VERY hard to get the food you wanted and how you wanted it. frustrating. We really didn't want to leave the hotel to go to another restaurant. Parking is quite expensive, i thought.

Very nice Hotel, Casino and location.

The hotel is still in very good shape, the rooms were a good size and very clean. The view from the 16th floor was great! We stayed there a Sunday night and the rates offered were incredible compared to Saturday nights! Valet Parking was just 5$ for the length of the stay. The casino has a large non-smoking part and a smaller smoking part.
