Great Rooms

This is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. It was super clean and comfortable. It has all the modern amenities you could want. Great hotel.

Very nice - especially for the price

We had a basic suite with a fold out couch (which was good enough for the kiddos). The room was spacious, the kids were enamored by the kitchenette and we were right by the pool and hot tub - how could you go wrong? My favorite part was the deal they have with the gym down the street - it's free for hotel guests and the gym is fabulous - much better than the gyms found in even the best hotels. I would highly recommend this hotel to either families or business travelers.

Needs improvement

We were told there would be an excersize room and there was none there were cob webs on the stairs and pluged toilet that I had to unplug myself. the maid was putting garbage down toilet.

Great bargain

Our family stayed at Chase Suite Hotel for our vacation. The kids (ages 7 and 12) were happy just to play in the pool and hang out at the hotel so we cancelled some of the outings we had planned. The kitchenette worked well for us and we only ate out for dinner once in the 5 days/4 nights we were there (and we all got to enjoy some of our regular foods - like ice cream for the kids and milk for me!). The hotel had a "homey" feel to it. We saved money by cancelling outings and "eating in" but everyone was still happy! The heated pool was great - temperature was perfect. Staff was very responsive and helpful (it rained overnight twice and after returning from breakfast, our room key would not work due to the moisture). We stayed in a queen studio. While at the site, we asked to see some of the other, larger rooms. We'll definitely keep this hotel on our list for when we visit Kansas City again and may treat ourselves to a larger room. Have already recommended the hotel to others.

Really Nice Place

I was really impressed by both the staff (who were extremely poliet and went out of their way) and what you get for the price. I got my room on a summer sale which made it too good of a deal not to go with but after staying I think I'd pay full price. The cost included a nice breakfast buffet and on weeknights (when I stayed) also included a light dinner buffet. Being there with two kids on my own having it all on site was great.

GREAT ROOM!!!!

The Hotel was GREAT!! I brought my 3 nephews to KC to see a Royals. We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was perfect. We had lots of room and it was very easy to get to the ballpark from the hotel. The room was very clean and the beds were comfy. We would definitly stay there again.
