Trip Type: Special Event Review 4 of 32Was nice, but could be improved.
We chose this hotel because it has a full kitchen in each room. I was surprised to find it stocked with pots, pans, knives, etc. The bed was comfortable and the room had two large closets for coats, bags, etc. It was a nice room, but I saw a few spiders, and the knives in the kitchen were extremely dull and hard to use.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 5 of 32Get rid of the smell
Walk into the room and it smelled musty. Once you got pasted that it was great. Nice room, good size, and set up was great. Outside of building needed some general maintaince work.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 6 of 32Great Amenities and Location, Definitely Recommend!
This was one of our favorite places to stay while travelling yet! Easy access to Lawrence, Olathe, Kansas City and the Renaissance Faire on close by highways, comfortable beds, beautiful property, pleasant staff and included breakfast each day are some of the highlights to staying at Chase Suites. We had 3 adult family members, and utilized the 1 bed suite with the couch that makes into a bed, and everyone slept well. The suite has a full kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. With a grocery store right down the street, it ended up being a money saver for quick lunches and snacks to shop and have some of those items handy in the room. The only small critique I had was that the hot breakfast was not as good on the weekends as on the weekdays, but perhaps that just happened on the days we were there. All in all, a great place to stay! We would definitely make a return visit.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 7 of 32Great at twice the price
This was our second stay at this motel. We have been very impressed with the staff, the size of the rooms, the amenities, and the breakfast. I greatly appreciate the "Disturbance Agreement" you sign upon arrival. No loud groups of people allowed! This makes a very peaceful, friendly atmosphere throughout their entire facility. Each day breakfast had something different. Great stay for the price!

Trip Type: Special Event Review 10 of 32Great if you get the right room
I have stayed here a couple of times and usually it has been great because we have been in the center buildings near the front desk building. This last time we were out on the far edge and had a much worse experience. The first room we checked into in this building had spider webs full of large spiders going all up the wall, obviously had not been cleaned for a long time. We then moved to the room next to it which i wasn't exactly happy about but this one was much cleaner but still had a spider issue. Also the free internet was out of range here. Basically for the money and location I cant complain whatsoever and my first stays were great. Just make sure to ask for a room in one of the central buildings on the complex.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 12 of 32Convenient and Comfortable
We got a suite for 30% off on a last minute reservation deal. The room was very comfortable--especially the bed. We arrived around 1:00 p.m. with check-in at 3:00 and the front desk attendant seemed a bit annoyed that we were early. We were pleased, however, that he did find a suite that was ready for us and allowed us to check-in early. The location was ideal for us, with easy access to the interstate and great options for restaurants and entertainment nearby.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. I thought the breakfast bar could have had more variety, but no real complaints.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 14 of 32Rotten floors
Our suite must have had very bad water damage at one time. The floor was rotten. It gave in many spots and was soft and lumpy to walk on and in one area there was no support under the carept at all. Very poor way to fix the problem.
