Trip Type: Family Review 1 of 6Nice weekend getaway
We went just for a 3 day weekend, and I would say I was very satisfied with the hotel. The only complaint was that there are limited restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, but other than that everything was great. The museums are right near the hotel, along with a great park, and it's not a far cab ride to anything else in Houston. No parking. Great beds. Rooms are on the smaller side, but on the nicer side too. The rooms are quiet, and the continental coffee was fantastic.

Trip Type: Family Review 2 of 6Fun, funky, and Great Service
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay @ ZaZa and would highly recommend it. The staff was exceedingly gracious and helpful. Frankly we thought the hotel (guest rooms, decor, fitness room, lounge) was brilliant. There are surprises everywhere. We especially loved the mug shot of Frank Sinatra (in our home county) hiding on a wall. The neighborhood is one of the nicest areas of Houston...lovely to walk around and convenient to light rail, park, and museums.

Trip Type: Family Review 4 of 6Great Hotel
ZaZa was great for us, their customer service was outstanding they go above and beyond in this area. The room service food was excellent. The only negative was the pool wait staff - they were very unfriendly.

Trip Type: Family Review 5 of 6Nicely appointed room
The hall had debris but was not vacuumed during our stay. The decorating was strange, with suggestive photographs placed in various locations in the hotel. The air conditioning blower was loud and disturbing to sleep at times when it started up. The room was nicely appointed.

Trip Type: Family Review 6 of 6Outstanding Hotel in a great location
My only major complaint was that we were there over Memorial weekend and they had a wedding poolside (only one pool). They closed the pool at 3:00 Saturday afternoon for the rest of the day. Temps in the 90s. Only notice was signs at the entrance to the pool. My family was very disappointed. After being in the musuems in the morning were looking forward to time at the pool.
