Hotel iooks better on the website then in real life. Studios are very small. We were charge for parking even though we didn't have a car there. Houskeeping service wasn't good. Food at the buffet was cold. We expected much more.

I cant wait to get back to the Suites. Where is the pool? I dont think there is one. But the convenience was A-OK!

Great location. Awesome view. Nicely decorated room. Her upscale vibe. Amenities were great. The hotel itself was a great experience. My only complaint was the $40 to valet my vehicle.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 7 of 24Great Price and Great Location
The location of the hotel is convienent to the theatre district, shopping center, subway and trolly. We also found a terrific Italian restaurant two blocks from the hotel called Terroni. Highly recommend it. The staff was very helpful and would definitely stay there again. The room had all the ammenities, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker etc.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 10 of 24Very nice extended stay hotel
I didn't ask much of the hotel staff but the service I got was excellent. The room was long with office desk at one end and the bed bathroom at the other. No mini-bar but I never use them any way. Missing was soap for the dish washer and laundry machine. The view was a true city view, I could see parts of the lake and city between the surrounding office buildings. Iād stay there again.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 11 of 24Great Hotel. Slow Guest Services.
The hotel itself is great. For its cleanliness, modernness and location the price is great; especially compared to others in the area. However, guest services are very slow. Had to call twice and wait over 30 minutes on two seperate occasions for extra towels and sheets.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 14 of 24Nice hotel but not very accomadating
The hotel it self is nice with a bit of old world charm since it used to be a bank and a historic one to Toronto at that. We had a couple of problems in that on our first night our safe in the room didn't work. They sent someone to fix it and all they could do was put in another safe, just left it on the shelf. So not quite a safe, safe! The second night we had a leak in our room right over our bed. When I called down to the desk they said they would move us to another room on the 15th floor better than ours. That was fine but we had to pack all of our things (it was 11.30 at night) go down to the first floor to get the elevator up to the 15th floor only to find that the room WASN'T the same as ours and did not meet our needs. We once again called the desk and were told we could move to a room on the 6th floor,(which meant another trip down to the lobby and to switch elevator banks back to the ones for that floor). Very annoying as elevators are next to the lobby and the bar andby now it was after midnight. When I asked to speak to the manager they told me there was nothing they could do that night for us. By this time we weren't very happy to be moving fromm room to room at 12 o'clock at night. I definitely felt that more could have been done to accomodate our problem and was disappointed that the hotel didn't take better care of the situation.
