Good & Bad

The staff was extremely helpful, even showed us three rooms to chose between since there are various one bedroom styles available. The room was aesthetically nice but a bit uncomfortable with uneven air flow (living room ws cold, bathroom was hot & bedroom was comfortable)& no TV in the bedroom. Items were stolen from our car while it was held by the hotel valet - of cousre this soured our experience a bit.

living in a fishbowl

Our living room was high up in the hotel and had glass wrapped around the living room on three sides. Unbelievable view of Toronto!!

A room with a great view

I was fortunate enough to stay at this hotel with a great view. High up the 42nd floor facing the city. The room has ample space and the furnishings are up to date. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help with a smile.

Location, Location, Location..... Toronto

Great location Downtown... Close to shopping, theatre, CN tower, Rogers Centre(BlueJays). Have stay here before and keep coming back. Occassionaly see a few negative reviews but have never had any problems that were not immediately corrected. Booked thru hotels.com with excellent rate and service. Definitely would stay hear again......

Great location and staff.

Great location, very nice staff. The free vintage car service for local trips was a wonderful perk. Rooms are very clean and new, hotel lobby was not as impressive. Good for kids due to seperate room with pull-out sofa, only higher grade rooms offer that. Higher floors have a great view.
