Roaches!

Yes, there were roaches in our room and of all places - the refrigerator! They were also in the bathroom. The lights didn't work and the luggage shelf fell out of the wall the day we checked out. The staff was great - just wish they had a better facility to work with...

Unhappy guest

Refrigerator door did not shut. Mold in bathtub/shower. Lots of police activity in the area.

"Needs Improvement"

charged calls to my room when they were local calls and i did not even dial a 1 to call out. front desk person said they would take care of it but did not. hotel kind of pricey as well, beds were a little hard to sleep on!

Good room. Lots of amenities

A little slow to check in. Only one person working. Difficult to contact by phone. A lot of amenities. Accepts pets which is good to know.
