Great location

We had a great stay at this hotel. The Staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was better than most of this type of hotel. The location was perfect in regards to the airport, and within walking distance to downtown restaurants, parks, Temple square, etc. We had a great time in this city.

Great Room for the money

Big spacious clean room; first night was a little noisy, you can hear the guest upstairs walking across the floor.

Ouotstanding Hotel

This was a great place for my family of four to stay. Wonderful breakfasts, great location, and the rooms had decent space. The kids loved the pool and I enjoyed the hot tub. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Salt Lake City.

Excellent Value

This hotel was an excellent value. The room was very spacious which was helpful to us since we were returning from a week in Yellowstone and needed space to get our bags organized. The layout of the sinks was a little odd - not separate really from the rest of the room, but not a big deal. Plus there were TWO sinks which is always nice. The pool and spa area were very nice with a shower and bathrooms, pool, hottub, sauna and exercise room all in one area. My kids were able to take a shower after swimming (with suits on) while their father showered in our hotel room. The breakfast was excellent, complete with a plate warmer, eggs, french toast, oatmeal, sausage, hash browns, lots of fruit, cereals, toppings for oatmeal, juice, coffee, hot cocoa, etc. There was also complimentary iced tea and water with cantaloupe in the lobby all day. Close to downtown and many nice restaurants. Great place!

Very nice

We stayed with our two children, 5 and 2 and we had a great time. The pool was nice and the room was very "roomy" for our family. Very nice beds, and it was very clean. The breakfast was perfect for us before we headed to the zoo that next morning. Will stay there again.

Outstanding Hotel

This was a outstanding hotel, with a great breakfast. It was within walking distance of trax in the free zone of downtown.

Just right!

Our room was clean, easy to find, and perfect for out 2 day visit. The pool was clean, warm, and had plenty of towels. The fridge and microwave were so convenient.

WE LOVED IT!

WE HAD A GREAT STAY AT THIS CRYSTAL INN. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND NEAT. WE WERE GOING TO THE JAZZ GAME SO THE LOCATION WAS GREAT FOR THAT AS WELL AS SHOPPING AT THE GATEWAY. I HAVE KIDS THAT LOVED THE POOL AND THE WORKOUT ROOM WAS NICE FOR ME. WE DID ENJOY THE BREAFAST BUFFET THERE IT MADE IT NICE SO WE DID NOT HAVE TO LEAVE THE HOTEL TO FIND SOMETHING TO EAT. THE STAFF WAS VERY PLEASANT. THIS WILL PROBALLY BE OUR CHOICE WHEN WE ARE STAYING SALT LAKE FROM HERE ON.

Great Breakfast but thin walls

The breakfast was fabulous, but the walls were thin. The management was very accommodating and the pool was nice. We had a problem with our tub and the night manager couldn't have been nicer about switching our room.
