Trip Type: Business Review 2 of 35mediocre but adequate
Breakfasts were decent but the place is run down for the most part. Nice to have WiFi but they should also provide a wired option for business travelers who need reliable internet connection. The "gym" is tiny with one treadmill, an elliptical runner, and one weights machine that you are supposed to modify like a home gym. I guess you get what you pay for, but for an extra $30/nt, go to the Hilton and you won't pull off the bed cover from the bed because it looks totally suspect...

Trip Type: Business Review 3 of 35Great Room for the money
This hotel had great customer service, the hot breakfast was terrific and loved how they changed it each day, the free WIFI and airport shuttles added to the value of this hotel. I will stay here each time I visit SLC if the pricing stays close to what I paid this time. Thank you Crystal Inn!

Trip Type: Business Review 5 of 35Great for the money.
Clean rooms, nice staff, Free airport shuttle, and great for the price. No bar or restaurant on site, but free warm breakfast everyday.

Trip Type: Business Review 6 of 35good value no privacy
clean, jetted tub works good, fridge, micro. would stay again. Only complaint is the door to our room had too much space around it to the point you could see right into the room from the bottom of the door jam to about 2 to 3 feet up the door jam, all the rooms seamed to have this problem. Result no privacy and noise from hallway. We put the ironing board against the door to block people from seeing in, and a towel along the bottom.

Trip Type: Business Review 9 of 35Good hotel but a tad pricey
I thought it was a bit pricey for what you get but the staff was friendly. The room was much bigger than expected and all the usual amenities were available. This hotel was a good place to stay but nothing spectacular. It is right next to a McDonalds (as in 100 feet) so that is really convenient. I would stay there again if they came down on their rates.
