Very Nice Hotel

Attached to casino, walk to dinner and night life. Very nice hotel. Nothing really special, but nice.

Convention hosted in the hotel lobby?

I would never recommend this hotel because of the ignorance of the management and event staff. We did not realize that it was the site of St. Louis Fashion Week. I'm fine with a convention being held, but the fact that they had it in the main lobby was frustrating. If that wasn't enough, there was a party one evening in the lobby and the live music was so loud that I missed a call because I couldn't hear my cell phone ringing in my room! Stay far away!

mixed feelings

nice spacious room with great service, but seemed a bit dirty. cleanliness lacked attention to detail and kinda grossed me out.

Nickel and Dimed

I don't usually use extra services if they cost more but paying $10 for Internet per day, and charging for a parking lot that appears never to be full seems like a 1990s thing to do for a hotel. Seems like they care more about look and style than providing good service.

We loved the Hotel. Great room for the money

We had a great time in St Louis. This Hotel was great. Our suite was wonderful. We had a view of the Arch and of downtown. We went to the Arch. Had dinner at the Kitchen Buffet, it was very good. Had fun in the Casino. In the evening we sat outside a resturant had a drink listened to a guy playing the saxaphone. We would come back.

A must stay

We were very impressed with the HoteLumière Suites and Casino in our short time we were their. The employee's. were very friendly and kind and very helpful. As for the room their were many light fixtures that did not work,and the furniture was dusty and mirrors were smeared other then that we found the hotel is a great place. We had a great time the night we stayed! The food and the Casino was great as well as the employees! We recommended the hotel and we will return if we are down that way again. We did mention when checking out about our problems with the room and they where concern and they did take note.

A Great Place to Stay

I loved the location of this Hotel. We enjoyed walking over to "The Landing" for dinner and music , we walked to the Arch through the park and took the underground walkway to the Edward Jones Dome from the hotel. The Casino area had additional places to eat and shop and the Hotel had a great view from all directions. I would come back again and tell friends to stay at HoteLumière.

Great Location

Hotel and Casino were very nice. Location to downtown and leve were great. Room is a little pricy but would sleep 3 adults 2 queens & sofa, which was good. Hotel & Casino nice but room could use a little better cleaning.

Can't Miss

This was a very nice hotel in a great part of the city. The only downside was that it was a somewhat busy weekend and led to poor service with requests taking over an hour to fill along with not being able to check in till almost 4pm.
