Room Service was a Little Pricey. But Overall the Hotel was really good. Neat and Clean, Well Maintained.

Great for the money, make sure to ride the rides at the top of the tower, what a view.

Exceptional customer service on a budget

I was disappointed at the room/furniture upon entering as it was not as nice as on picture. The decor was very cheap Motel 6ish, with paisley colors, probably popular eight generations ago. What made up for the poor decoration and size of the room was the exceptional customer service. Every single staff person we dealt with were very pleasant and accomodating. If they had changed the room layout and decor to maximize space and appear more pleasing to the eye, the hotel would boost it's star rating significantly.

Great Comfort for a low price

Had stayed for 2 nights but really enjoyed the environment and the comfort level in this hotel. A small discomfort is that the hotel is bit far from the main events of the strip and you need to take a bus or cab. Also, the weather was bit windy on these 2 days and hence we had a lot of trouble enjoying the strip travel.

Geat hotel

So many pillows on the bed and there was plenty of shampoo and conditioner. My only complaint is they ran out of non-smoking so I had to take a smoking room.

Not a Good Place to Stay

The room was not very clean, it took forever to check in, the room had no safe, no coffee maker and no free internet access. I had to go to the lobby and use Starbuscks wifi because they give me free internet access! Being guests we thought we would at least get to go to the top just to look but no not even guests escape the $16.95 fee per person. They did offer a free ride to the top if we would go tour their new resort in Vegas and give our opinion, so we thought ok we can do that but then they started the questionaire and at the end of that they asked if we had a current credit card to put on file and if we ever filed Bankruptcy and wanted to know our annual household income because if it isn't more than $100,000.00 a year you don't qualify. We would have qualified but I felt they were way to intrusive and nosy. I agreed to give an opinion not purchase anything!!! We will never return to the Stratosphere! Sad thing is we are actually very easy people to please!

Inexpensive, but very lacking

The Stratosphere hotel offers some of the most affordable lodging on the Strip, but there are trade offs: Internet access is not free, unlike any other hotel I've been to in the last year, my room had no minibar or refrigerator, the bathroom is VERY basic (other hotels in Las Vegas were much better in that respect), and most importantly, you can hear the rooftop roller coaster all night long. It wasn't loud enough to prevent me from sleeping, but still, that was annoying.

Very nice experience

We stayed at the Stratosphere because of how much we love the restaurant Roxy,s and the great value we had for our rooms. The beds are very comfortable, the room was quiet and the staff very helpful. We found the parking to be just fine and had no problem getting a space . The hotel is at the end of the strip so be prepared for walking or moving your car. This can make it a problem to find a space when moving around the strip. All in all the room was clean and comfortable and we had a blast. We have stayed twice now and enjoyed our stay each time.
