Nice Hotel - Pricey Extras

It is partly my fault for not checking beforehand, but there was a considerable daily charge for both parking and wifi access. Also, the charge for the in room movie was three times what you would pay in a movie theater, the movie said it was still in theaters, but it has actually already been released to DVD. The room was okay, but my husband and I were surprised by an unwelcome wake up at 5:30am by the alarm clock that we didn't know existed - it was behind the nightstand and I could NOT figure out how to turn it off. The staff wasn't particularly friendly and you can walk to everything in the plaza, but there is tons of traffic and some construction, so it can be difficult to get where you need to go without jaywalking. We probably won't stay there again.

Great Location

Our room was perfect for our needs. We have a 2 year old and wanted a place that we could put him to bed and close the door to enjoy some time together. It was great! He slept wonderfully and really enjoyed the Plaza shopping! The pool was amazing! Our only problem was the pocket door between the bedroom and bathroom was stuck. We were able to close it, but we didn't chance opening it again! It was not a big deal at all!! We had a blast and can't wait to go back!

Great for the money

We got a great deal so I did expect much. THe room was great however. I loved the fact that it came equipped with a microwave and a small fridge. I also liked the 2 seperate areas. Great tvs and very comfortable beds.

Terrible Front Desk Ruined Stay

The overall hotel building and room were satisfactory, but the hotel staff just about ruined my stay. When I arrived, I was met with a cold front desk clerk. He would not tell me when my room would be ready and did not offer another available room (which I later found out that there were several available rooms at the time I arrived). The cleaning lady kept passing my room. I never received turn-down service or even clean towels without asking. When I DID ask, again, I was met with a cold and unfriendly front desk clerk. When I finally checked out, I carried all of my bags, making several trips to my room, without any assistance from the bellhops, even though there were two standing around WATCHING me carry my luggage. The ONLY hotel staff member that even acknowledged me during my stay was what appeared to be a housekeeping manager or something. He was very nice and helped me the last day I did not get clean towels. I was surprised that with a name like SHERATON SUITES, I would receive such terrible service. I will not be staying here again.

Excellent bargin

When we booked, we landed on a 24 hour deal and got an exceptional rate. I was pleased with the price we got for the level quality and benefits of this hotel. The people were very nice and helpful. It is a great location on the Plaza and the family enjoyed their visit very much.

Nice Hotel, A Few Glitches

The hotel in general was great and we would certainly stay there again. However, after being gone for the entire day, we returned to take showers and get ready for an evening function and our room had not been made up. We had to call the desk for clean towels which were delivered in a timely manner and the room was made up when we returned that evening.
