Loved the Hotel, Hated the Parking

I really enjoyed my short weekend stay at the Sheraton Suites, the only thing that was disappointing was the parking. I chose self-park and paid $10 to park in a scary, dark isolated garage. As a woman and this was my first time really out alone at a hotel, I felt there should have been more or better lighting and more access or better access to emergency phones or to hotel entry upon an emergency. The only thing running through my mind while going to my car was a bad parking garage scene from a slasher flick. Outside of that...I LOVED my suite.

Needs Improvement

This hotel is not to standard. As we were checking in a roach was crawling on the check-in counter. The hotel employee tried to hide the fact that there was a roach by trying to push it off the counter. The other issue that we had was the hotel bathrooms were dirty. The tub had mole all over the tub and not to mentioned the rim of the toilet. It looked liked if it has not be cleaned in years.

good bang for the buck

a little rough around the edges for a sheraton (looks like it might be in need of a makeover in the not too distant future), some equipment was not working (our coffeemaker,for example), but overall the room was nice and comfortable, the staff was friendly and the location was great.

Small details...

I recently stayed two nights at the Sheraton. Overall the hotel was very nice. The positives: Amazing location Nicely decorated Quality toiletries Non-Smoking through the whole hotel The negatives: -The front desk staff wasn't very friendly -Patio door had no handle -Drain in the tub was broken -Grout in shower in desperate need of a good scrubbing - $10 parking at the hotel. Luckily I read reviews before I showed up and I decided to park across the street instead - Beds were WAY too firm Overall I liked the hotel and if I could book at room at a low price (I got it 50% off for this entire stay) again I would go. Would never pay full price though!

The location is stellar. Room service was great. Hotel room itself was more than I expected. Great Hotel. We will be staying there again.

Great Room - Excellent Price

The hotel was really great! The room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect - next to shopping and nightlife. I will definitely stay again.

Vey nice hotel

The coffee was for a 4 cup coffee maker but the one in the room was a single cup unit. The bottom sheets were not quite big enough and didn't stay on very well. Everything else was fine. It was close to shopping and very quiet.
