very nice

poor restaurant service in evening. bartender had to do double duty . otherwise very nice place to stay.

Disappointed

Service needs to improve. Had to switch room b/c bath tub was rusty. No complimentary toilettries.

Great Hotel, Great Location!

Every room has a separate living area and the beds are clean super comfortable. The Service is outstanding! The lobby was remodeled within the last two years and is modern and very contemporary. The Lounge/Restaurant is a great place to have a drink in the evenings, the bartenders remember you and the breakfast buffet is great! Awesome place for couples, families, or business travellers. The pool is indoor/outdoor and is very clean.

Great location

The Sheraton Suites Country Club plaza, was in a great location, the staff was very friendly. The bathroom needs some renovation, the tub leaked and had a bit of a mildew smell.

Great money spent, fantastic location

This hotel is in a wonderful location on The Plaza. We were able to get a better rate using Hotels.com vs. going thru the hotel's website directly.

Other hotels in area are much better

You will pay a little more for a much nicer hotel in the area. I highly recommend the Raphael Hotel which is just down the street from this hotel. This Sheraton was not as clean as I hoped and I had mold in my room. Very disappointing.

Nice Hotel

The suite was nice, but the bathroom has two entrances and only one includes a door, which is somewhat uncomfortable if you have guests in the room.

Wonderful Location !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Sheraton Suites is a great hotel that is situated in an upscale neighborhood in Kansas City. Great shopping, and close to hundreds of restaurants. The staff at this hotel went out of their way to ensure my comfort and was very polite.
