Doubletree Resort Orlando - International Drive

awesome place!

I loved this doubletree!! I stayed at the other doubletree on Major Blvd and thought that was awesome... this doubletree beats it!! It has a spa and huge pool with waterfall, and a jacuzzi... amazing!! Me and my boyfriend will definitely be going back to visit soon!! One thing.... the walls are VERY thin so we woke up at 8am to a little kid screaming... other than, that it was great!

great hotel for the price

The initial check in was a problem. Although the reservation was made and confirmed the front desk attendant wanted to down grade us to a double bed instead of the queen we reserved and paid for. After checking in to our room it was great. The television was broken but they came and repaired it quickly. The room was clean and the hotel was beautiful. The restaurants were nice my only complaint is the hotel is quite busy but would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel.

Really Nice Hotel

I have stayed in this hotel previously but my room was located in the tower. This time our room was located in building 9, the room was much nicer!!!! I was able to enjoy the pools and jacuzzi...really good...our main issue was that the a/c was not working properly...the beds were actually more comfortable in the room up in the tower..other than that no problems! plus we got it for a really really good price!

Outstanding hotel, great room for the money. Staff excellent.

great hotel for its price and location however...

when I originally ordered the hotel room it was supposed to be a king size bed, when I got there they didn't have one so they upgraded us to a nicer suite HOWEVER it was a smoking room... I think it was a terrible choice but I didn't feel like going to a 3rd room. On the top of that they put an additional hold of $51 on my card w/o advising me of anything.

Great room for the money

The room was very clean, and recently remodelated.

Don't leave anything in the room

My friend and I booked rooms there. Went to an event and when he came back his lap top and back pack was stolen out the room. Front desk move them to other room and that was all. Sounded like an inside job to me.

Wonderful Vacation

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. They accomadated us with connecting rooms so we had the door between us open at all times so it was very roomy being able to share two bathrooms etc. The staff were terrific and we liked the valet parking and the fact that they held our luggage before check in time so that we could go to SeaWorld immediately and not miss any fun time.

Great Property

The hotel property was extremely nice. The only things that were not the greatest were the size of the bathroom (extremely small) and the price of drinks at the tiki bar. Besides that the room was comfortable and nicely decorated. By the way the king rooms are 10 times nicer than the rooms with 2 doubles.

Good Hotel for the money and location.

Hotel location is great if you are visiting Seaworld and the surrounding attractions. Restuarants are just minutes away on international drive. Would recommend this hotel to family and friends
