Noisy neighbors

When I booked I selected interior entrance. I hate entering a hotel room from the outside. When I arrived I got an exterior entrance room. On top of that there was an door inside my room to get to the room next to me. I did not feel safe. I asked for a tower room and was told that they were all booked up. It was only maybe 70 cars in the whole lot. I did not believe that at all! My next issue is with the mini golf. You have to walk from 1 end of the property to the other end to check out balls and clubs and only have 1 hour to play. Pools were Ice cold, mixed drinks extremely high! We had to pay for self parking per night. I will not stay at this hotel again period!

Great Deal!

This was the best for a Sea World/ Aquatica stay. Both are within walking distance, so you can save money on parking fees. The rooms do look like the pictures posted, very nice zen/spa decore. The matress was very comfortable, the best hotel matress I have ever slept on.

Growing and Changing

This hotel was lovely inside. The outside left a little to be desired but it was fine once we got in. The hotel was recently bought by a large company which should raise the level of one's stay alone. It was right next to Sea World which was great. You could even see the evening fire works show from the park in the hotels parking lot. Overall a good hotel for the money!!!!! I would stay again.

Conveniency

We had a great experience here. We stayed in the Tower which was recently remodeled. The hotel is 10 minute walk to SeaWorld and a short drive to all kinds of food and activity on International Drive. We used the hotel restraunt (good food) and deli. We enjoyed the pools and poolside bar.

Glorious place

We arrived at the hotel around 8:00 pm and were immediately checked in. We had reserved a room with one king size bed and when we reached the room found that it had two double beds. I made a call to the front desk and told them about the situation and they said that there weren't any available but they would look again to make sure. Wel they found one. A corner room in the tower. And it was one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in. Extremely spacious and even had it's own little foyer area. We will deffinitely be requesting that room ever time we stay.

Awesome Place

I was extremely impressed with everything about this hotel. We upgraded (for $10) to a remodeled room. The price was good to start with (in the summer) so another $10 was reasonable. The room was absolutely beautiful. The beds were comfortable. There were lots of pillows. The towels, both bath and beach, were large enough for an actual adult body. The grounds are also beautiful with three different pools to choose from. You are within walking distance of Sea World. Every single employee we came across, without exception, was friendly and smiling. I will definitely go back!

outstanding hotel/ need improvement

Great hotel, just need a little patience

We chose this hotel due to its proximity to Sea World, and we loved the fact that we could walk over and not worry about parking. The hotel is a little older so there are obvious signs of wear and tear. The hotel staff is very friendly; however, I believe that they are understaffed for the volume of guests. We had some problems with our room, and the key didn't work. Our room had no towels, nor did it have any shampoo. One call to the front desk and they took care of everything immediately. All you need is a little patience, and you will have a great stay. It is a great hotel and the grounds are beautiful.

Customer Service...not so much

We had just arrived in town from a 17 hr train ride with no sleepand requested an early check in to freshen up for the day (it was noon). Front desk clerk said there was nothing available until after 3p without even bothering to check the system. We had to freshen up in the lobby bathroom and ask to hold our luggage, which they did. while waiting for my husband in the lobby, i observed several people chking in and getting rooms.I again approached the clerk and asked if anything was available, she again said no without verifying. When I pointed out I saw several people checking in and receiving keys, she advised they were special guests.Ok great, so people paying for rooms and booking in their hotel are not special, I see. The parking was not free, the on site restaurant was rediculously over priced, everything required a tip. Its basically a 3 star hotel trying to be a 5 star by having valet, knowledgable bell men and expensive restaurant. Close to Seaworld yes, but limited shuttles to and from. After paying for parking last thing i wanted to do was spend another 10bucks on seaworld parking so we walked. fairly long walk but not long enough for a cab. I think had the front desk acommodated with an early check in I would be less disgruntled but still fairly dissapointed.
