Plenty of pool space and lounge chairs. Restaraunts were good, Wi-Fi in the lobby and out by the pools was nice. Possibly aviod building 12 near all the laundry and houskeeping facilities.

Trip Type: Business Review 3 of 183Nice Hotel but you have to pay for internet.
I was there on business and figured a place as nice as this would have free wireless. NOPE! They do not even have a public computer. Other than that it is a very nice and very clean place to stay. Three pools and a Pizza Hut made up for the lack of free wireless.

"VERY NICE, BUT HOT TUB WAS DIRTY" BUT CONSTRUCTION WAS GOING ON SO EXCUSED IT." ALL STAFF WAS EXCELLENT. SUPER CLEAN ROOMS. ONLY DOWN FALL, I DIDN'T LIKE PAYING FOR PARKING! LIKE WHAT OTHER CHOICE DO YOU HAVE?

Trip Type: Business Review 5 of 183Cool Hotel
The hotel is huge and it is right next to sea world, and down the road there is a lot of attractions that are great for friends and families. The area is well kept, and very nice. I recieved an up-grade for 10 bucks that usually runs for 50 and we got a nice view of fireworks of Sea World from our window, and the desk clerk gave us a wonderful recommendation to a great restaurant called Bahama Breeze. I would definitely stay in this hotel again. Give it a try, and the restaurant too!

Trip Type: Business Review 6 of 183Absolutely the worst
This hotel was a complete disappointment. The parking area and "entrance" were very hard to negoiate, once you finally located it. The parking for the tower is very inconvenient, especially in the rain. My request for an interior room versus and exterior door were not accommodated until I told the desk clerk that I was calling Hotels.com to get a refund. Only then was a room found for me. I paid for a two night stay. My room was never visited by housekeeping. The internet did not connect properly without a call to a help team that asked my my name and room number. They were not a part of the hotel but were a subcontrator. I paid for 24 hours of internet but lost the connection after three hours. The only way to get it back was to pay for it again. The occupants of the room next door were having a very loud party. I called the front desk to complain about the noise but instead of knocking on the neighbor's door, security knocked on mine to ask me to keep the noise down. When I corrected them, they knocked on the correct door and about 15 screaming 20 year olds answered. When I complained to the desk upon check-out, I was offered a free meal to use anytime at the hotel. Did they not understand that checking out meant leaving the property? At that point it was too late. I will never return to this property and I suggest that no one else does.

Front desk staff not very friendly or aware, but the room was great and location suited my needs being close to the Convention Center.

Trip Type: Business Review 9 of 183Great hotel
Lots of pools, and the staff is wonderful. Don't take room 1918 since it's just outside the laundry room and it's really noisy. Also the complex is green which means the lighting is not very good in the bathroom for putting on makeup. But all in all - a good value. Visit the diner across the road - food's incredible.

Trip Type: Business Review 10 of 183"Needs Improvement"
My only problem was, (while trying to sleep in after a late night out)after requesting and being granted a late check out, on the last day of my stay there, starting from 10:30am-11:10:am there was a piercing shrill of a Fire Alarm Test throughout the entire resort facility. This made sleeping in that day impossible. They should consider a better time to test their alarm system, or please alert their patrons of this test.

Trip Type: Business Review 12 of 183Great Bargain!
Nice lobby and very comfortable bed. Room was clean and bathroom was very nice & clean although there was no shampoo, 2 conditioners by accident. Parking was very crowded so we had to walk sort of far from our car at night, when we arrived.

Trip Type: Business Review 14 of 183Excellent Customer Service
In my original room (which was really nice) the air conditioner "bit the dust". The front desk personnel were more than happy to switch my room. They even gave me a free upgrade to an even more amazing room!!!
