only issue is the room is super small but if you are only there to sleep.. great place

Fantastic

Check in/out was very fast and friendly. My husband and I stayed there for 4 nights. The air worked really well, we really enjoyed the location, the service was well. We asked for a few extra pillows and received them right away. The only down side, was we weren't able to order movies in our room. We arranged our schedule to stay in and order a movie instead of going to a theatre. When we complained, they refused to move us to a different room unless we paid more. Also, one day room service didn't take all the trash. And one day they didn't come to our room until 4:30 in the afternoon. They would only change our sheets once out of 4 nights. Other than that, you can't beat the price. The hotel, in general was very clean, parking was very convenient. We would definetly stay there again if we had to do it all over again.

Not so good!

Hotel staff wasn't able to answer any questions regarding local restaurants and sights. Couldn't get the wake up calls right for us. Hotel room had cracked shower, cigarette stains on side of sink in bathroom, and faded wallpaper in bathroom. Room was clean-only positive.
