The Rooms are clean and beds were great

My family went to SJ for a wedding, Some of them stayed at other Hotels, Mine was Rhe Radisson and it was one of the best. Thankx

There are more fees when you get there!!!

After pre-paying for our room, we thought that we were in the clear, but when we got there they wanted to charge and additional $50 to our card for 'incidentals'. Noone from the hotel or hotels.com told us about this. Since we had a $400 hold on our card for our rental car, we didnt have the room on our card. We offered to give them double the deposit in cash. They WOULD NOT ACCEPT CASH. How stupid is that!!! They would not refund the card so we could find a different hotel and we almost ended up sleeping in our car in 100 degree weather!!! Luckiy, our friend offered to put the dep on his credit card... but if we hadnt known anyone in san jose, we for sure would have been sleeping streetside!!! I am so disgusted with the lack of customer care by this hotel and will NEVER stay at a radisson again.

Adequate hotel, conveninet to airport, reasonably priced

This is convenient for travelers having an early morning flight out of San Jose. It is reasonably priced and clean. I checked in late and checked out early so nothing more can be said. There should be a ramp not just stairs from the parking structure to the lobby of the hotel. This was very inconvenient with heavy luggage.

Very nice for the price.

The bed was extremely comfortable. I slept well, which is very unusual me for in a hotel. My one complaint is the water temperature in the shower. I had a burst of hot water and a burst of cold water at one point.

No sleep number beds in our room

When I reserved the room, it said that we would get sleep number beds, but we didn't. We didn't say anything because we were tired and just wanted to go to bed. I doesn't include breakfast, which would have been nice. Otherwise, staff seemed nice and friendly, and our room was clean. There isn't much in the immediate surrounding, but we didn't care since we were on the way to San Francisco.

Great Customer Service

The staff at the Hotel was freindly and very knowledgable about the surrounding area. They were very welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean. I would definately recommend this hotel.

Radisson

The Radisson is in need of some cleaning up. Our bed linens were not clean, the duvet had some weird black stuff on it. The carpet in the lobby was torn and well worn. The couch in our room had shredded cushions. The pool was cold and full of leaves. The restaurant was dirty and empty. The bath tub in our room had been painted and the paint was peeling off. The neighborhood did not have any other restaurants or shops, we had to get in our car and drive to find everything. The neighborhood did seem safe though.

Sleep Number Beds

The only bad thing I could say about this hotel is that all the rooms have sleep number beds. It's novel, and I've always wanted to try one, but they aren't that comfortable. Other than that it was great! Clean room, nice staff, very accommodating.

for the price we paid, the room and hotel were excellent values. The hotel was near our destination and it was clean, the staff was very helpful. We would stay there again.
