It was alright the furniture is a little old and there are a lot of scratch makes on the furniture. It is easy to get a nicer hotel. The strange thing is that even though the other hotels are nicer they are also cheaper.

Trip Type: Business Review 2 of 70Radisson helps me to miss my flight home
The wakeup never occurred, the shuttle that I scheduled I was not on and nobody noticed. The staff lack of customer concern cost me 5 hours, 150$ to rebook the flight, and 75$ to shuttle to a different airport. When I discussed the problem the staff repeatedly told me they would look into it and no one ever got back to me even though I stayed at the hotel for a couple of more weeks, because I was curious if anyone would show any amount of customer service. In the end the staff offered to give me 100$ off of the rate for a week stay after I finally contacted the corporate Radisson office to inform them of the complete lack of professionalism for this hotel.

The room we were given was quite isolated, which has benefits for quietness but not convenient for other purposes. The lounge was comfy and friendly. The hotel was under some repair but overall it was pleasant and not unsightly or noisy. They seemed short-staffed but the staff that was there was very nice. The only complaint I had occured after I left -- I had left behind some clothes in the closet. I left several messages with the house keeping manager who didn't return my call at all. Finally the manager who took the situation in hand and rectified my concerns. I simply needed reassurance they found my clothes and would ship them back to me -- a simple phone from the housekeeping manager would have made all the difference. However, me leaving my clothes behind is no one's fault but my own. I would return to this hotel. My stay was pleasant and the location convenient to my other destinations.

The Room was clean and quite. I loved the comfort number mattress. Pool was nice. One weird thing, Housekeeping kept messing with the clock radio. Turned the volume all the way down and changed my channel?

I stayed in this hotel many times, but only because it was near my job site. The rooms look antiquated and carpets seem dirty. I kept staying at this hotel only because of the price and location. I had enough when I had to take a cold shower, I even got burned when I turned up the hot water....Waited and waited for it to warm up, until unexpectedly it sprayed extremely hot water for 1-3 seconds then stopped. I complained to management and received 5,000 gold points... Which is not even enough for a free roll of TP. Hope this helps....

Trip Type: Business Review 10 of 70Awful Restaurant, don't go there
The hotel itself is very nice and the front desk check in team, the shuttle personnel, etc. were all terrific. However, this is the worst restaurant I've been in in a long time. Took a client there and it was an awful mistake. Service was terrible, wait staff clueless and when the food arrived VERY late it was cold and disgusting. It looked worse than a thawed out frozen dinner. Menu prices were high for what you received and the food was terrible. I was embarrassed to have taken a client there. It was nearly deserted in the first place and I think they had cut staff so much that no one really knew what was going on. Awful.

This hotel was adequate...the sleep number bed took some getting used to however and the last night there was a large guest party that woke me up several times during the night.
