Very Helpfull Staff

I found my stay to be very relaxing thanks to the staff. They were very helpful with checking in early and out late. They were also right there waiting for my luggage which I found nice since I usually have to ask for someone to help me at other hotels in the area. Only downside was that the hallway smelled of mold! They put a fan out but it didn't help. It never stunk up the room but walking the halls was horrid!

Wonderful

The room was a little pricy, however, I won $1,000 on penny slots within the first hour so no biggy. I took two of my managers for a girl's weekend and it was great.

Outstanding hotel!

Exellent all around. I stayed in another casinos hotel later in the week and felt very out of place after staying im Ameristars hotel.

Great Hotel

The hotel was so much fun and the casino was a blast! The spa suite is definetly worth the money and made our stay even better. My only complaint was that it took 4 phone calls abnd 2 hours to get an extra blanket delivered to the room. I would recommend Ameristar to anyone and will surely stay there again!

Nice hotel, poor staff

The hotel room were amazing with everything essential needed for a nice getaway, however they did not complete room service even after we had contacted the front desk and asked for it specifically. The indoor/outdoor pool took the stress away!

Upscale suite

The suite was beyond my expectations. It was spacious with 2 queen beds and a separate living are. Bedding and furniture were very comfortable. Bathroom was spacious with large soaking tub and marble shower. Would definitely consider returning. My only concern was the scent of cigarette smoke in the air when you walked in the lobby and in the registration area. I'm sure the scent was coming from the casino. However, the floor and room we stayed in did not smell of smoke. We were not at the hotel for the casino but rather for our stay in the area.
