The BEST hotel we're ever stayed at/

It was a great room and wonderful casino with great restraunts. The only downside is we waited in the lobby for over 3 hours waiting for OUR room to become available, but the room and casino made up for that!! Would DEFINATELY recommend it!

Needs Improvement

2 adults and 2 children in our room, Not enought towels (3), (2) complementary waters, key card wouldn't work the second night, and tv in bathroom didn't work 1st night. Slow to check in at desk, and didn't even say sorry when key card failed to work on 2nd day. Pool was great though, except it would be nice if older kids could use it after 9pm.

very nice

We were shocked to see how nice the hotel was. Very clean, Very fancy, big rooms, nice neighborhood.... I can not say anything negative about the hotel.

Great Hotel and Value

We loved staying at this hotel and casino. It was very clean and well maintained. Our rate was great for a suite with very comfortable beds.

Satisfied

Check in was smooth and friendly. Room was more than we expected. ALL, rooms are suites, with a sunken living room style,picture window, bar, and a large HD flat screen tv. Beds were comfortableBathroom great: dual sinks/tiled shower/seperate tub and it's own flat screen TV. Pool and outdoor setting are was outstanding... cut our site seeing short to come back to enjoy the Hotel and Casino.

Outstanding Hotel

Hotel was wonderful. Rooms were elegant, spa was fantastic; and pool was great fun, very nice!

Amazing hotel

I have stayed at a lot of hotels over my years, and none of them even come close to the superiority of this hotel. The employees were all nice, and made you feel at home. When I am around the St. Louis area again, I am most definately staying at this hotel again.

Awesome Hotel!!

Our room was great. Our kids were excited about the TV in the huge bathroom. I loved this hotel and price was great through hotel.com.

Fantastic Stay

Great hotel - fantastic, well worth my money but takes forever on cleaning rooms - usually won't have rooms clean until 3-4 pm. Otherwise, very happy with the hotel. Neighborhood was nice. Went for several walks around in the neighborhood - felt very safe. Had fun in the casino and pool (you will have to pay a fee to use the pool). Very happy with the 3 flat screen TVs and the living room. Wish the bathroom had a rain shower though.
