great rooms for the money

the hotel was nice; but; i do recommend that if pets are allowed in some rooms; i would prefer that the room be sprayed for fleas and pest; before giving the room out again; but other than that the room was very nice; and i was just saying that becausew before i came to that hotel; the other one; place i was at; ( ) quote () unquote; it wasn't nice; but thank you ramada; will stay with you all; from here on out; if visiting palm springs....

Good location

The hotel is very conveniently located to the Tramway, has ample parking, and is away from the main traffic area.

Great room for the money!

One of the 3pools was awfully dirty, the exterior was full of trash and debris and chairs and tables, disgusting! but you have the option to mingle with some other guests in one of the other pools... rooms are nice

Great Hotel for Great Price

Great Hotel, my only beef was the number of pillows per bed. There should be at least 4 regular sized pillows per bed instead of just 2.

Great value and a clean room...

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the price was very reasonable. The free continental breakfast was a nice touch, the room was quiet, well maintained and the a/c worked great. The also offer free WiFi. My only frustration was that the WiFi was very slow in loading pages. I would stay here again in the future.

Very friendly staff, wonderful pool!

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The property was lovely. The room was comfortable, and the pool was wonderful. I will go again!

Won't be staying here again

The hotel room was in clean and in order when we got there, but it wasn't what I expected. The shower was horrible. It took forever for it to warm up and when the hot water was there it was scalding and then disappeared and became cold! So hot water comes and goes when it pleases. Then the tub would flood while I showered and it took forever for it to go down the drain, I would have to wash my feet, ankles and part of my legs again before I could say that I was clean. Then when the water actually drained, you would see the soap and dirt that was already in the tub and anything that came off you in the tub (like a ring around it). It was gross. The bed was hard. I jumped into it, like in superman position, and I felt like I jumped onto the floor with a blanket on it! Ouch! And when I woke up my back was killing me. If you like hard firm beds then this is definitely a winner for you. The sheets kind of had some stains, but they looked like they were from the dryer, like they had been burnt. That wasn't too bad. Main complaint was just hard bed. My last complaint was just about the staff. When I arrived the woman at the front desk had a customer waiting to check in, but kept taking personal calls. It took forever just to check in. She was nice, but it was just really unprofessional. Also, I had requested a microwave that night and whoever answered seemed a bit rude about it. (The front desk during the day was better at least) For the money not bad I guess, but let's just say that I won't be booking a stay there anymore.
