Decent for the price

The ooms were a bit small, and the site said double queens yet they were doubles. Their pools looked a bit too murky.. Also, even though we had three people in our party, we only got free breakfast for two so that was awkward.

Great place to stay

This hotel was in a great location just outside the "busy" parts of Palm Springs. I took my children here for a portion on their spring break. The pools were awsome for the kids. The have two pools, one that is heated and one that is not (AKA, FREEEZING) they had two spas at diffrent tempatures as well. (they actually had three but one was out of order while we were staying there) The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. They were able to give accurate directions to locations. The stay included "breakfast" at the restraunt next door (seems on-site) We used the coupon for breakfast one morning. The only downside was the coupon only covers "2" people for a complete breakfast. Or 25% off entire bill, which was the option we used. The restraunt was quite slow and they mostly seemed to have forgotten about us. They have indoor our outdooor seating. The hotel room was comfortable and clean. It had a refridgerator. In the lobby they sell small "munchies" and have a microwave anyone can use. This will defantly be a place I return to with the kids.

Ramada- old hotel in need of maintenance!

This hotel was older, I knew that but it is in need of some maintenance. The location was fine but the pool wasn't nice at all. There are two pools and three small jacuzzis. One of them was closed for maintenance. The larger pool was not so clean. Either too much chemicals or not enough but either way the water was so cloudy you could barely see bottom. Gross! My kids (9 & 13) didn't even want to go in it. As for the room, it was fine but the bed was horrible. The mattress didn't even move when sat on and had no spring. It felt like it had a piece of wood under the old mattress for support. Horrible nights sleep!!! I will never stay here again. Next time I will spend a few more bucks and go back to our favorite, the Wyndham.

Needed attention

Small things like bedside lamps not working, no parking near to room etc made us wish we had chosen somewhere else!

Needed to remind Housekeeping to leave coffee, soap, shampoo, etc. every day

Upkeep needs improvement

When we arrived at our room we found a stale odor, the tub drain slow and the air conditoner not cooling enough. Everything was fixed to our satifaction. I do not recomend "Breakfast".

Won't be staying here again

1. The customer service (front desk clerks) was rude and inconsiderate. 2. The cable T.V system was unviewable. 3. One of the pools was cracked around the inside edge and had lots of mold. 4. I don't consider Sunny Delight and a basket full of assorted Hostess pastries a continental breakfast.

Awesome room for the money

The hotel looked remodeled and was very nice. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was nice. Staff was very friendly. Overall, very impressed.

Great Price, Great Staff, Clean Hotel

First, I have been to Palm Springs many times and this was an unbelievable price for the quality. Second, I showed up a day early and got the same rate. Third, the Staff was very friendly and helpful in locating places where I wanted to go. Fourth, the room was immaculate. The tub had the elliptical shower rod that allowed a big guy like me to enjoy my shower without rubbing against the shower curtain and walls. The toilet/tub room was not your average 5 x 5 foot mini-cubicle. The toilet had more than 12 inches of clearance to each side (maybe a full 4 feet of width), which meant that my legs did not rub up against the paper holder like many other toilet rooms that I have used. And, this was not a "handicap" room! The carpets, bedding, furnishings were above average. Full cable television service, wifi high speed internet, and a refrigerator. This was best accomodations that I have stayed at while in Palm Springs for the money. I will definitely continue to use this establishment each time that I need to stay in the Desert.

Clean rooms

Other than the snappiness of one hotel manager my stay was very pleasant in a clean room and well maintained hotel. I would recommend this hotel .

Excellent Hotel the only place to stay in palm springs

Clean rooms warm bath tub like pool. The continental breakfast was a joke only muffins bagels and juice for this price one would expect a real breakfast eggs sausage pancakes etc. The sheets in both beds were itchy. The work out center needs new equipment home quality stuff in disrepair. Despite these minor issues we enjoyed our stay.
