Ramada Palm Springs

Needs Improvment

I only stayed for 2 nights. Their complimentary blow dryer did not work, neither did the iron they provided. The bed was stiff so I didnt really sleep well either night. After my fiance' and I checked out of the hotel and had already left, he realized he forgot his phone charger and I forgot some of my shower things. We called numerous times and everytime they gave us a different excuse. The kept saying they would get back to us, but they never did. Overall,the location was great, but the room and the staff could use some improvment.

Room locks did not work

We had to visit the front desk 5 times because the lock on the door kept NOT working. That was VERY inconvenient and an annoying time waster. The bed was EXTRA firm, almost like wood, and the towels felt like scratchy bathroom rugs. Other than all that, it had a great restaurant on the premises which we ate in for a discount, and the hotel is also in a very convenient location. I would give it 2 out of 5 stars.

We were satisfied, and would return.

It was nice having a small refrigerator in our room. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in the adjoining restaurant.

Maybe Keep Driving!?!?

Pulling into the hotel, it seemed nice but that's where it stopped. It looked like there was various construction projects that were in many different stages all around the hotel grounds. The "pool side" room that we paid extra for was not really pool side at all. THE BED WAS HARD AS A ROCK!! It was like they laid a blanket on top of a piece of wood and that was the matress. The hotel was on the cheaper side but we should have spent a little more and gone to a nicer one. One the good side the continental breakfast was pretty nice!

It was, ok...

the map made it seem like it was right on the strip, but it was like a 10 minute drive and i was looking for something closer to shopping area and the downtown area. the service was fine, but the bed was like a rock... i was expecting something a little more comfortable... but it wasn't horrible. i'd stay at the ramada again but just not this one, for me it just wasn't where i needed to be.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable.

It reminded me of a pull out couch.

Great room

The hotel was very nice. The only down side to the hotel was it was being reconstructed, but it will look very nice after completion. Overall the room was clean and well maintained, I never had any problems with the room. Plus, the hotel is relatively close to all the entertainment in the town. I would recommend to others!!

Great room for the money

The room was a bit small for our taste, however is was clean and comfortable. We were able to get a room by the pool which was wonderful for our overnight stay. After our visit we have decided to re-book for the next holiday in September and take our two children. Hope to see you there!
