great location. perfect employees, had a plumbing problem, within 2 minutes some came and fixed the problem.

Check Out Process

When we checked out, the clerk just verbally told us we are checked out and that there were zero incidentals. I think that even with zero incidentals, the clerk should still give us a "zero" receipt, that also confirms in paper that we are checked out. We realized later that day, he did not hand us such a receipt. Thanks!

Excellent Service

Every front desk person was extremely friendly and helpful. The valet service attendant was very nice and helpful. Everyone was always smiling and had an overall pleasant attitude! This is a great hotel in the downtown Houston area - we were in town for the Astros game and it is very conveniently located. Will absolutely stay here next time we are in town!

Great Room for the Money

I find that Hotel Quarters is a nice quaint hotel. Nothing terribly fancy but it does the trick, especially considering the price. The location is probably the best aspect of the hotel. It puts you right near some great downtown destinations. Sadly the price you pay is lack of parking. Having to get up early on weekend nights to move your car is no fun.

Good room for the money

Room was small but then again the price was cheap.very clean.looked like it was a swanky hotel back in the day.Served its purpose for me needed a cheap hotel downtown.Valet service wasn't that good,and construction next door made it difficult.

Watch out for the cleaning staff!!!

We loved the hotel and have visited before. Up until this most recent visit. We left a ladies neclace on the night stand and went for a walk to the aquarium. When we returned the maid service cleaned our room and decided they needed a new neclace as well. The hotel front desk apoligized over and over but did nothing to compensate us. He gave us the card of the hotel manager. We phoned the manager on multilply occasions to no returned call. We will never stay at another Club Quarters because of this.

Nice Hotel.... Not so good Maintenance

Hotel was nice and very convenient. But we had our bathroom back up and maintenance came by but didn't fix anything... So we couldn't us our toilet all night

get what you pay for

Staff slightly rude, establishment is a "members only hotel" yet places open rooms available to non-members. I could not get anyone on the phone to speak with me in person because I was not a member. Extra deposit charged/held to my CC that was not disclosed to me at time of reservation. Cheap rates but you get what you pay for.

Basic, No-Frills

This is a basic no-frills hotel. The room was clean and small. It had everything we needed for our short one night stay. The bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. I would stay here again.
