Trip Type: Family Review 1 of 22Not Impressed
It's sad to say this but the Hotel did not match the quality of service of its staff. There seems to be a vast difference between the quality of service and the poor conditions of the rooms. The Lobby was nice and comfortable but small. ROOMS....horrible, squeaky floors, old bathrooms, horrible blankets etc etc. Service was great which is unfortunate that they work in such a terrible facility.

Trip Type: Family Review 4 of 22Great place, good location
I stayed at the Ramada Plaza Toronto Downtown because it was reasonably priced and in a good central location. It did not disappoint at all. So, if you're looking for a location in Toronto to jump off to go to the CN tower, Roger's Center, Canada's Wonderland, and all the downtown shopping, this is a good selection.

Trip Type: Family Review 6 of 22Needs updating
This hotel is an old building, which could be okay, but it smells old and seems old. Our room was so oderous we had to run the A/C on high when we were there and then it was freezing. The lobby and halls had a strange odor as well. Another guest had the same problem and it made it difficult to relax in our room. The beds were commfortable but the comforters were dirty/stained on the top.

Trip Type: Family Review 8 of 22Good value
The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and courteous. Our only complaint was with the parking garage which had no elevator and no ramps into the hotel. Consequently, we had to carry our rolling bags down a flight of stairs and then back up another in order to get into the hotel. This was the only negative on an otherwise good experience.

Not in the greatest area of Toronto, not really close to much and shady neighborhood. The hotel needs a lot of updates! Like hotel is still in the 80s...

Trip Type: Family Review 12 of 22Great room for money
This hotel was very well located, in the East-side of Toronto, near Yonge (very close to the Eton Centre), and relatively close to the waterfront. The room was the perfect size for our family of five (with three young children), as it had a sofa bed, in addition to the two queen- size beds. Even though breakfast was not included, there was a very convenient Tim Horton's nearby. The price was very reasonable.

Convenient location - close to all - CN Tower - Rogers Center - Parking is convenient and flexible - one price per day - you can go in and out. Nice pool and exercise area - and you can catch rays in the summer.

Trip Type: Family Review 14 of 22RENOVATION NEEDS TO BE BETTER
THE HOTEL'S LOCATION WAS GOOD BUT THE FRONT WAS UNDER RENOVATION MAKING IT UNPLEASANT TO VIEW. THE UNDERGROUND PARKING LOOKS VERY OLD. THE ROOM'S SIZE WAS OK BUT IT HAS A SOMEWHAT MOLDY SMELL. THE RECEPTIONIST AND PEOPLE WERE WARM AND PLEASANT.

Trip Type: Family Review 15 of 22Great room for the money
The hotel was comfortable for 5 people. The bathroom was very small, though. Front desk was friendly. Parking is an additional $18 per day. Convenient to subway station. There were a few pan handlers a few blocks away from the hotel.
