Trip Type: Business Review 1 of 10Nice Hotel
Rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. Parking is a bit expensive, so add a few dollars to your bill if you are driving.

Trip Type: Business Review 2 of 10Value for money with friendly staff
This hotel is no more than a 10 minute cab ride from the financial district with the friendliest staff I've ever met. From the front office to the host at the restaurant (who doubles up as room service), the staff is very warm and eager to help. The rooms are nice but could use better cleaning (the bathroom looked liked it hadn't been swept) but in all fairness, it was a busy convention week and not a huge deal. The neighbourhood is a bit dodgy, but hey, I'm from DC, so again, not a bug deal. Definitely don't venture further east. All in all, I'd recommend this hotel.

Trip Type: Business Review 5 of 10Very nice staff and room
The staff was great - very helpful with directions, etc. The room was nice, a king suite with refrigerator, microwave, and flat screen tv's. The price was great compared with other hotels in the city (about half price compared to others downtown).

Trip Type: Business Review 6 of 10tried to please
The hotel is not in a good area to walk out at night there is no room service 24 hours a day and the resturant is closed off hours if you want anything to eat in the room it is best to bring it back with you the menu is limited when the resturant is open there is coffee to make in the room. a lot of young people come to the hotel since it is less money so be prepared for noise it is true when I called the help by the desk tried to quiet the groups however it was 2:00am when I got to sleep. If you want internet in your room this can be a problem as well as rooms are limited you must go outside and get your own cab I will say that when I complained about something the mangement did try to fix the problem. The hotel is old and needs a lot of work

Trip Type: Business Review 9 of 10Nice hotel for the price.
The main thing I didn't like was the fact they didn't offer CNBC the business channel.
