Trip Type: Family Review 1 of 25love it!
Was able to stay and relax with a baby! All the staff were wonderful and really helpful. Will be back soon but without the baby!

Trip Type: Family Review 2 of 25Small rooms
Hotel staff mostly accommodating. Rooms in the annex were very small, the bathrooms barely had room for one person but it was clean (other people said their's were not). Breakfast was very nice at the hotel and the restaurant staff was friendly as well.

Trip Type: Family Review 3 of 25good place to stay
We booked a partial ocean view luxe room. Not exactly an ocean view. Room was spacious, bed comfortable, bathroom very nice. Housekeeping during our stay could have been better. Valet parking was a problem at times with taking too long to bring the car. Ocean was very accessible and it was nice to have free use of beach lounge chairs, towels, and umbrellas through the hotel. Location on Boardwalk is ideal - close to the action but not in the middle of it. Overall, would recommend this hotel.

Trip Type: Family Review 4 of 25"Outstanding Hotel"
The hotel was beautiful. I loved the decor. It was very clean and maintained. The room was also beautifully decorated, as well as very clean! We loved the pool areas. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also loved and appriciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels. Will definetly stay again and would recommend to friends and family!

Trip Type: Family Review 5 of 25Diamond in the rough!
This is a little known but outstanding hotel. Located between 2 large casinos on the south end of the boardwalk, you can have the best of both worlds, luxurious accomodations and plentiful shopping, dining and entertainment footsteps away. The hotel may not be located right "on" the boardwalk but who cares...its only a few feet from it and the ocean room views are great. Beach is free access anyway and there are plenty of chair and umbrella vendors (non-hotel). This hotel has a spa and 2 pools (small), restaurant, game room and bar. Also has a great cafe with fantastic breakfast service. Desk staff was very accomodataing and courteous. I was disappointed in staff management however, they let everyone from the pool bar go home just because a few clouds rolled in! Other than that it was a great stay. I recommend the Chelsea over any casino property in AC!

Trip Type: Family Review 6 of 25Nice hotel
The staff was very friendly. We originaly booked the cheaper room which is in the old section of the hotel. This room was nice and clean although we wanted a ocean view. We were able to upgrade to an ocean view. The only complaint would be that the one night we didn't have any linens. I called the front desk and they had someone bring linens within minutes. I would return to this hotel again.

Trip Type: Family Review 8 of 25rooms are outdated
Needs a lot of upgrades, make sure you know which side of the hotel are u getting, the rooms in the tower looks ok and some is new but the rooms in the back next to the pool is outdated , in the hotel descriptions they said it was built in 2008 that’s P.S. actually it was built in 1961, also they promise me with room upgrades but when I checked in they didn’t honor it. Overall good location but pricey comparing to the surrounding casinos.

Trip Type: Family Review 9 of 25A great place to stay
We got an upgrade (Happy Deals) the room was super,it was very clean, roomy with a very comfortable bed. I suggest you don't stay in the annex but stay in the main section of the hotel. The main pool was closed for two days which was very disappointing. We were able to go to the main pool only one day but it was the nicest outdoor pools we've been to in AC. Very friendly and efficient Hotel staff.

Trip Type: Family Review 11 of 25Great Alternative to a Hotel Casino
clean rooms, overall good place to stay, great location, friendly bell staff, good food at the diner but very slow service and had to wait almost an hour to have our luggage carried out on checkout, but good overall experience for the price

Trip Type: Family Review 13 of 25Room level is of roadside motel with good mattress
The room I stayed: Street noise: non-paired window transmitted street noise directly to me. Frequent Sirens of ambulance and fire trucks startled me and made me uncomfortable. The smallest and oldest TV: the only TV that I have ever seen recently with no captioning and menu function. The cheapest furniture. Lousy bathroom: switching between shower and tub water was not working well, tub leaked. Shower curtain smelled bad. Bed: This was the only thing that was OK in this room Location: Quite a distance away from the main blocks (caesers pier) and neighboring streets are a little bit off. overall: The room is never the room one can find in 4-star rating hotels. I paid a lot for this room. More expensive rooms may be alright, but then, I would rather stay in the suite elsewhere with his and her bathrooms and a separate living room.

Trip Type: Family Review 15 of 25I would stay here again!
This hotel was everything I expected and more. It was a family trip! Not a kid friendly hotel but I recommend anyone going to AC to stay here. There is no need to really leave the hotel. From the night-life to a good pampering session because the spa was open while we were there. This is a really good deal for your money. Treat Yourself!
