Trip Type: With Friends Review 1 of 25Excellent service, horrible smell
This hotel uses a cleaning product that smelled horrible, stung my eyes, and made it impossible to stay as long as we had planned. However, the staff was fantastic, service was excellent. As soon as I mentioned I had a problem, they tried to fix it, and refunded my money for the nights I was not going to be able to stay. The location was fantastic as well.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 6 of 25Great Room for The Money
The hotel was in a great location, the hotel staff was courteous and knowledgeable. There was a consistent wireless connection. The hotel is an older hotel and it shows, but if you are looking for a place to lay your head after doing the tourist thing, than the hotel should meet your needs. The rooms were very large as well. Overall, we were content. This is a budget priced hotel and in these days it was worth he money. Breakfast leaves a little to be desired, but again - busget, budget, budget, was great for the location, location, location.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 7 of 25Eeew.
The exterior of this hotel looks like a converted prison. The interior is not much better. Smokey rooms that contaminated my clothes with stink. Old, ugly, beat-up rooms with ancient linens. What those beds have seen is anyone's guess. Terrible customer service by front desk staff who stare at you upon entrance or exit. No lobby, just an armpit high desk, an elevator to fit 2 + luggage and a brochure stand. Desolate surroundings of grim closed businesses. Eeew.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 8 of 25Not a bad hotel for the money
The great thing about the hotel is its location. It's walking distance to the falls and some restaurants. I wasn't expecting anything amazing but the hotel could use some renovations. The one thing that I couldn't stand was the smell in the hall way. The room was non-smoking but the hall way reeked of cigaretts.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 10 of 25Good place to stay
We spent 90% of our time sightseeing not inside the hotel. Breakfast room is very small and some remodeling wouldn't hurt. Hotel staff were great, room was very big and everything worked great except for wireless internet. Overall good place to stay.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 11 of 25Not a great place, outdated.....
it seems like they put us on a smoking floor when we requested a non smoking room. room smelled of smoke and all our clothes smelled the whole weekend. hotel in general needs some renovations. Heated pool is not bad.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 12 of 25Avoid 2nd floor
Great location as far as being close to the falls. The hotel needs improvements - rooms look old, the breakfast room is very tiny (only 3-4 tables). Avoid 2nd floor - the pool floor - kids run loudly through the hallway at 7 AM (waking you up - the walls are thin) and the chlorine smell is very strong.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 13 of 25Good for the money, but no resort.
The rooms were adequately clean, but the outside and the hallways left much to be desired. The hotel is very close to the falls, which was nice because it cut down on travel time in the morning, and we got to spend more time playing. One of the rooms was decorated special for the kids we had with us, which I thought was a nice touch. The front desk clerks (all of them) were less than hospitable, which surprised me. Overall, though, if you're looking for a cheap hotel to spend the night so you can make the most of your day, this is the place. If you're looking for a resort, a place to relax and spend your day being pampered, you'll want to look elsewhere.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 15 of 25Good Value for the price
We went to the falls for the night and to go the casino. The staff was friendly and the room were clean. We were very satisfied. The only complaint was that we almost drove passed the hotel. Very small sign on the front marking the hotel. OVERALL A GOOD NIGHT
