cheap and not too clean but satisfactory

Not so clean. Breakfast was pretty lousy but edible muffin and weak coffee. Cheapest place to stay though.

Could use updating!

Good deal for the location. Directions from mapquest were off we nearly went to Canada. Fixtures are dated. Inside of candy machine in Lobby was really dusty! Breakfast room was tiny! Staff was pleasant!
