Great Central Location

The hotel itself is in a great neighborhood within walking distance from Chinatown, Little Italy, the College District, and oodles of shopping. Parking is $15/day. The hotel itself is quite old but you can tell they have spent some money to do new renovations like wood slat flooring, flat screen TV's, and room lighting. There was a bit of mildew in one ceiling corner of the bathroom and the bed was kind of squeeky with an average mattress.

good for the price

It was a pretty basic hotel, great price for the location. Nothing fancy but a decent place to lay your head for the evening, and right near everything. Block away from eaton centre area which is reminiscent of times square so i felt like i was in the middle of the action!

Great Hotel

The Bond has a wonderful location in downtown Toronto. It is literally 5 minutes from subway, Eaton Centre (huge mall),has great food in the area and lots of shops. If you stay there, you must go eat at The Senator which is a block away from the hotel. It's a great diner with fantastic food. Based on previous reviews I was concerned about the size of the room, but was pleasantly surprised that it was a good size for two occupants. The room was very well maintained and I loved the bed. :) I fully recommend this hotel and plan to stay there when I visit Toronto again in 2009. Ya just can't beat the price!!!

Great Location

The hotel was in a great location for the price we paid. It was two blocks from the Eaton Centre and in the middle of tons of great night life. The room was very small however, but you get a clean room in a great area!!!

Great room for the money

The Bond Place Hotel was a great place to stay in Toronto. VERY convenient being located in the heart of downtown within walking distance of most everything. I think the only "complaint" we have is with the size of the rooms. VERY tiny. But we didn't spend too much time at the hotel due to being on vacation. The room was very clean and the hotel staff most helpful. The concierge was great!!

okay for the money

Ice machines listed as on floors 3,6,9,12 & 15 but they were only functioning on 1 floor. Rooms were small.

Good Hotel, Nice place

The rooms are small but they have all that I need to stay and visit the city. The hotel is located close to a subway and street car stations. There are several malls and restaurants around as well. I didn't like to pay for the internet connection, and the heating system is manually setup (you have to turn on/off to keep the temperature).

Great room for the money

I booked two rooms for six people: mine was great (nice view and a lot of space, three big beds), the other one was smaller, two double beds and view on the parking lot. Anyway everybody was satisfied, and I definitely suggest this hotel. The location is great: you can get anywhere by foot.

Good Value

Wasn't anything spectacular; however it was clean and they gave us everything we needed. Our stay was a good one!
