Very nice staff

Everyone was very sincere in their asking how everything was. Extra room keys because we misplaced one, pool towels were nice, drinks by the pool not over priced, very cold a/c. Thanks for a nice stay.

Awesome Facility and Staff

I could not have asked for better. We were greeted by a friendly front desk staff. The room was perfect. And they even let you drink the bottled water in the room without an EXTRA charge. I will stay there again.

Experienced traveler highly recommends.

Simply...terrific. Everything you could hope for at a VERY realistic price. One teeny exception was that there isn't a security safe box in room. Too many other advantages at this hotel to list. e.g. Parking is on the same level as your room is located so you go directly from your room to your car without having to pass thru the lobby.

Quiet

Hotel was down a ways from the boardwalk so the area was nice and quiet. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Tiki bar closes at dusk which was kind of a bummer.

Perfect

Friendly staff, clean & comfortable rooms, and beautiful views. What more could you ask for? We'll be back!

"Good hotel, location not so great"

I liked the hotel alot (front desk clerk was definitely snotty upon check in and shoved a bunch of spring break rules at us like we were going to be a problem, when in fact we are all adults). Great cleanliness and huge rooms. One thing is I paid for oceanfront and the only view of ocean was a tiny tiny balcony for super skinny people that you could see by bending around a corner, disappointed when I paid so much money. Resort fee to pay was a huge pain and restraunt was closed, kind of out of the way in comparison to the stuff to do on the beach. I definitely will not be returning to Daytona Beach anytime soon. Other than that hotel is good if you just want to get away and pay a huge price for two bottles of water.

Very nice hotel for the money and location.

Very nice hotel. The beach was great, first time to Daytona Beach, would definitely go back to this beach and this hotel. Great experience with Hotels.com. The only thing I learned with the booking be more specific with number of beds. With 3 adults I assumed I would get two beds. I did, one king and one sleeper sofa. The hotel staff said I should have called the hotel after booking my reservations with Hotels.com to specify room type for the 2 beds.

Awesome Hotel

Room was big and really nice for the money...I wasn't expecting it to be that nice... Highly recommend staying here... I will stay here from now on when i go to Daytona Beach.

Best Spring Break hotel for relaxation

I highly recommend this hotel. The customer service was excellent. It was in a beautiful location and the rooms and hotel itself was very classy and well kept. A majior booking issue that occured** was smoothed over and handeled with care and professionalism. We were not even charged an upgrade fee. Shelly and Irena at the front desk were amazing. They helped me and my party sort out a money problem helping us count and recount the money and even took time to envlope the money and write out names on the envelopes. I don't know of any hotel staff that would care that much. The housekeeping staff was prompt when we asked for towels, tissue, etc (even though we missed getting our room cleaned a the whole time because we were always in the room when it was our turn) we always got them in record time. The jacuzzies and pools were excellent. The room was spacious and the kitchenett was a gem. It provided pots pans plates forks knives spoons, toaster, etc anything you needed to cook with, which really helped because we saved money. It was a wonderful experience and we plan on going back. Loved it!!!!!!!!

Outstanding room for the money

The Hotel was very nice; price was reasonable and the room was extremely nice. Was very impressed. We really enjoyed our stay!!
