Great Location, Staff and Service Needs Improvement

The Hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location. However, the some of the staff were not professional and courteous. After a 6 hour drive from Atlanta, I was greeted at 11pm by a front desk woman who instead of making me feel welcomed, used her attitude to make me feel as if she could careless if I stayed with them or not. That's very unprofessional. The next morning the day crew was awesome and very professional. The cleaning ladies came at random times each day, but showed up promptly the day of check-out. I had a problem with that. Other than those little speed bumps, the hotel was very enjoyable and comfortable. I will continue to stay at this hotel whenever I am in Daytona. Hopefully, by then the entire staff will be both professional and couteous 24/7.

Great Hotel, Wrong Room

This was our second stay and found the place to be just as clean, rooms just as nice, cost just as reasonable and the front desk staff just as crabby.

Service Needs Improvement

Hotel itself was very nice. The main Problem was the housekeeping,and the lack there of. Had to run down service personnel for towels. Room was not clean by 5:00 pm during our stay, but on our departure day housekeeping was knocking on the door at 10:30 am ready to clean our room!! I will stay here again due to the location and nice pool area, which my family enjoyed.

Great Hotel

The resort was really great for the price you get on hotels.com. Everything about the resort was excellent. On beach, had small kitchen, got private balcony, pools, jacuzzi and nice front desk staff. It was convenient to restaraunts. It is a place to relax and that is what we did. This was our second time this year at this resort. Would highly recommend.

NEEDS MORE STAFF

We waited until 5:15 to get into our room. They did not compensate us at all. They said you'll have to wait.. We stayed 2 nights and the second day we didn't get our room cleaned until 8pm.. WOW.. Other than that I think that the hotel has potential.. Needs more staff..

Great room for the money

The hotel has great accommodations, staff are very helpful and willing to take care of issues right away. (we had a small problem with bathroom and they even followed up with an explanation and fixed it pronto.) Great customer service!!!! We will be going back soon!

Our stay

Half the hotel was in good shape, however, the room we stayed in was dated, and run down. It looked about 30 years old, and it probably wasnt much to look at then. We decided to leave,and never received a refund, and had to spend the night somewhere else.

Great Hotel - Great Rate

When selecting a room, we chose, run of the house for the best rate. We lucked out and ended up in the newer section with a ocean front room. The staff was very helpful, especially Kyle at the front desk. The hotel was very clean and well kept. The kitchenette was great for saving money on a few meals. My kids totally enjoyed it and want to go back again next year. My only complaint was that the "no smoking" rule is not enforced and there were quite a few smokers during our visit around the pool area. Other than that I would recommend this hotel highly.

Nice hotel with a lot of options

The front desk staff was wonderful. We arrived early and there was a room available so they let us check in hours early. The room was a little small for the price but comfortable. Having a little kitchenette in the room was helpful. The kids loved the kiddie pool. Overall a nice place and we will stay again.

Great Value

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. We stayed in a condo and was very satisfied with our stay. The only complaint that we had was that they never left enough towels.
