THE ONLY GOOD THING THIS HOTEL OFFERS IS ITS LOCATION. THE CHECK IN TOOK FOREVER. THE ROOM WAS LESS THAN COMFORTABLE. THE MAID NEVER VISITED OR EVEN REFILLED TOWELS. WHEN I CALLED, THE FRONT DESK OFFERRED ZERO SATISFACTION. I'LL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 3 of 191Good for the money
Good value for the money. Hotel is close to Busch Stadium (one block) and parking in garage across the street with tunnel to hotel. Could use some additional items in the room but still a good value.

The room smelled musty. There was water damage around the window and air conditioner. Water damage to the ceiling in bathroom.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 9 of 191Convenient, but at a price!
The hotel was conveniently located a block away from Busch Stadium, which was the whole purpose of my trip to St. Louis, BUT it was all downhill from there! After reading other posts and seeing how people ahd trouble getting checked in, I called the hotel itself to confirm my reservation, room type, and tower. Yes, they assured me, I was in the system with what I requested! When I got there after the game, I was in the system, but they did not have the room I requested and paid for. They were rather snooty. I got a room (they called it a king but it only had a double bed in it), and I got a free breakfact buffet out of the deal, and the waiter was wonderful (really). Other than that I was not happy. There's old and quaint, then there's old and crappy. This hotel falls somewhere in between. I won't stay there again.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 10 of 191Great Stay, Great Location, Great Hotel!
The Millenium has never disappointed me. It is perfectly located in the downtown area. We came down for a Cardinal game...we were able to jump right off the highway and we were there...we could park across the street...walk to the ballpark and the bars...it was so easy. The hotel is always clean and the service is always friendly. We will definitely use the Millenium for our next trip to St. Louis!

Our shower head was unsatisfactory, the bathroom sink faucet was loose and it dripped constantly, there was a piece of toilet paper stuck in the peep hole, the lamp shade was broken and the lamp button was broken; had to unscrew lightbulb to turn off, and bed lamps kept flickering on and off.

The hotel is very old. The rooms walls were dirty with black marks. The bed was not comfortable.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 13 of 191Great place for a ballpark visit.
The location of the hotel was great. We parked the car when we arrived on Friday afternoon and didn't move it until Sunday upon checking out. The view was great, the pool was great, the hotel was nice but very basic. Everything looked ok except the bathroom. I am not quite sure that it had been thouroghly cleaned as there was debree on the floor and in the tub. A little bit pricey but all in all a nice weekend.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 14 of 191Great Hotel, parking not so great
They have a parking garage which fills up very fast when there is a game going on in the stadium. And the parking attendants where very very rude and did not seem to mesh well with the instructions provided by the hotel. Other than that the hotel was great, great people and great views.
