Trip Type: Family Review 1 of 142get in the north tower... or else
Our room was in the south tower. It sucked!!!!! very small room, small bathroom. No storage space. The rest of the hotel was nice. Very good service.

This is a great hotel. Very busy all the time. Only a block from the ballpark. The rooms with the two queen beds are very spacious. One of our favorite places to stay in St. Louis!

Trip Type: Family Review 6 of 142Dirty Room/Good Location
The Room was quite dirty. The carpet was so dirty it felt sticky. The room was in need of a good cleaning. 2 lights did not work. 2 electrical outlets did not work. However, the location was great...walking distance to the ballpark and the arch. The $18 overnight parking made this less of a bargain than originally thought.

Trip Type: Family Review 7 of 142Wonderful Hotel
The hotel was outstanding. The location was great for the Gateway Arch and the St. Louis Cardinals Stadium. The staff was beyond outstanding. So very helpful and friendly. The room was very nice, the only thing that was less than perfect was that there was a strange smell in our room. It was sort of musty smelling, but it wasn't so overpowering that it made the room unbearable to sleep in. We would definitely stay here again!!!

It was a nice hotel, super convenient location and we got a great rate. However, the rooms are pretty bare bones - there was no fridge or microwave which is hard with kids. Also both pools were FREEZING. To the point they were not even usable which I found odd for August when it was 85+ degrees outside.

Great location to see the sites of St, Louis. Our first room was not cleaned. The bed was not made and there were dirty towels on the bathroom floor. We were "upgraded" to a room with no AC. Someone was promptly sent to our room to fix the AC. He turned the vent upside down and left. After being gone for four hours we returned to a room that was warmer than before it was "fixed." A new person came to the room and called the front desk saying there was major problems with the AC and we needed a new room. He argued with the person on the other end of the phone for 20 minutes before we were given a new room. The moved us to a room with no view of the arch and therefore we would not be able to see the evening fireworks, which my children were excited to see. They moved us to a fourth room and the AC was not working correctly. If you chose to stay at this hotel make sure it is not in the middle of the summer....who knows maybe they don't have a working heater either.

Great location to go to the ballgame. Need more elevators. Had to wait 20 minutes each time. Rooms were small and did not feel very clean.

Very impressed with this hotel. We got the baseball package and got free parking, free breakfast and ten dollars in Cardinal bucks to spend at the game. Within walking distance to ballpark, gateway arch, and most anywhere else you might want to go. Room was rather small, but we didn't spend much time in the room anyway.

Trip Type: Family Review 12 of 142Lacking.......
The Millennium Hotel is in an outstanding location to enjoy downtown St. Louis. However our experience was lacking in every other way. The first room we were given was not cleaned or even close to being ready for check in. Our check in time was approximately 7:30 pm. We were moved to a second room in which the air conditioning was not working - 90 degree weather outside. A hotel representative was put on hold for more than 10 minutes until I finally went to the front desk myself to get another change. A free breakfast buffet was not enough to make up for the lack of customer service in an aging facility.

South tower rooms are a bit small and very damp from humidity. Takes a while for the A/C to cool and dry the room. Valet parking is definitely worth the price of $20 as they put your car right near the hotel door for easy unloading and access. Otherwise you have to use the highrise parking across the street for $18, which was not as convenient in my opinion.
