Trip Type: Rest and Recreation Review 3 of 307Needs lots of improvement
We booked this hotel for location by bush statium which was great. When checking 12:45 for a 3:00 game we stood in line for 45 mins to check in. Which was kind- of understandable because the hotel was busy. The only room aviable at this time was a smoking room in the south tower so we took it. When we got to our room there was hair on the back of the toliet (not ours) clothing tags on the floor (not ours) by the garbage in the bathroom the room smelled and was small and dirty. We called the front desk to get a different room which they were acomadating. Couldnt get our room until after the game and had to stand in line for another 45 mins to check in. Got to our new room south tower still small and dirty beds are very uncomforable. Called down to the front for more pillows after 1 hour wait i went to the front to get the pillows. For the price I would never recamend this hotel to anyone even if it was cheaper I still wouldn't Gross and dirty.

hotel was nice and room very nice and clean. Come early to check in or you'll be caught in " the game rush". Hotel parking will fill up and you'll be waiting on elevator for a while.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 6 of 307Utilitarian solution
Staff was friendly and the front desk was very efficient. Room provided basics. Bathroom tile, etc. should have maintenance. Lobby very nice. Disappointed there was not food available in the evening at the hotel.

Trip Type: Rest and Recreation Review 7 of 307Okay for the money and location was great!
Overall the hotel was "okay". If you are looking for a luxury hotel, this is not it. But, if you want a nice room with a fantastic location to the arch, ballpark and etc. without paying twice the rate, you will be happy with this hotel. The beds were pretty comfortable and the room met our needs. We stayed in the north tower. The lines at check in and out are long and it would be nice if they at least had express check out. We would stay again.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 11 of 307Should Have Heeded Previous Comments
This hotel has a wonderful location with a great view of the Arch. The staff, inside and outside of the building, were great! Down side, our room in the South (older) Tower was a 2.5 star room, at best. The bottom of the night table looked like it had been soaking up moisture for some time. The carpets were damp. Although there was a roach in the bathroom, the older facility was at least clean. I would not recommend the South Tower to those with discriminating tastes.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 12 of 307needs improvement
I've stayed here many times and have been satisfied with my stay, so I was a bit disappointed when my stay this time wasn't as satisfactory. When we first checked in, the carpet was soaking wet in one area. The phone didn't quite work for a wake-up call. And I was unable to checkout via video. And there was RS dishes in the hallway for over 10 hours. it is a good hotel and a great location, but I've seen better attention to accomodations in previous stays.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 13 of 307Small rooms
The hotel itself was beautiful. But the rooms were very small and not so nice. The furnature was torn and dirty. Towels and bed comforters were stained. Staff was very nice. I would stay again.

Trip Type: Rest and Recreation Review 14 of 307Good place and affordable
Stayed at the Millenium while in town to see the Cardinals play. Location is great for Cardinal baseball and the arch. Its in the downtown area and you can check out quite a bit by walking. We got there on Sunday so most of the area stores were closed. The hotel high-lites room had a postcard view of arch, Karl the guy that helped us with our luggage, the 4th St Grill (In Hotel)good to get a close meal for breakfast, lunch, dinner. Also in the Lower Level there is the Steel guitar Hall of Fame, you can check out on the way to the underground passage to the parking garage. Which you gotta pay to park but was reasonable and you can come and come as much as you want. My only negatives would be the sheets were not as soft as the place I stayed the previous nights and I still slept pretty good so thats not that big of deal, just trying to not sound like I work there. It was worth the price especially compared to others in the area.
