Trip Type: Business Review 1 of 67The 2 most important things... Customer Service and Quality!
Customer Service at the front desk was un-attentive at best. No eye contact, no smile, did not clearly communicate and was a little snide when I asked questions. I booked well in advance and was told only the south tower was available. When i inquired what that ment, I was told it's not up to date. I asked did that mean it was unclean, and was told no. It was nasty! Also, the bar lounge only had the menu of a local pizza delivery service out on the table, not enough cocktail waitresses to cover the crowd.

Trip Type: Business Review 3 of 67Some small drawbacks
Not much space around sink in the bathroom; no wireless available in rooms - only in lobby (costs $); lack of outlets in room plus outlets are very loose (computer power kept falling out (doesn't happen anyplace else)

Rooms are sad and tired looking. Recommend amenities such as mini-bars in rooms.

Trip Type: Business Review 7 of 67Nice hotel
Hotel staff was pleasant and attentive. Facility is huge, very clean and well maintained. Overall a good facility. The Restaurant and lounge area close a little to early for late arriving travelers or for dinner if meeting go late.

Trip Type: Business Review 8 of 67Unpleasant Visit
The Millennium was very unsatisfactory. Upon arriving, me and other guest were completely hasseled by the Front Desk Employees. After much hassel, arrived to my room to find TONS of hair in the "clean" bed that was prepared for my arrival. The pool look disgusting. The water looked as if it were cleaned a month earlier and the plug for the internet service was pushed through the wall so internet access was not available. The only minor compliment I have for this hotel is the hotel dining area...although the dining receptionist had a very bad B.O.!

Trip Type: Business Review 10 of 67Good Room for price
Good clean room for the price. I was in the South tower. The bar was way expensive considering better options within a block or 2. Room was close to needing to be remodeled as wall paper was starting to peel from wall, and there was minor damage on ceiling and walls. Nothing that interfered with the functional areas of the room, which was very clean.

Trip Type: Business Review 11 of 67Helpful staff
We stayed at the Millinnium hotel and had a good time. The staff were very friendly and held doors open for us and always had a smile. The waiters in the dining room were particularly good. We had a issue with our neighbor and the hotel staff helped us move to a different room quicly and I really appreciated that. The only problem we had was when we checked in they lady was not helpful and did not give me my breakfast vouchers.

Trip Type: Business Review 15 of 67Not what expected for price paid
I stayed at the Millenium for a conference. The service was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. That was one of the only good things about the hotel. It was very bland on the inside and our bathroom seemed as if it hadn't been cleaned. Our shower wouldn't drain, so we would have to leave 5-10 minutes between showers to let it drain. The beds were pretty comfortable, which was the only plus of the room. The conference rooms were nice and the restaurant buffet was nice, giving us a 20% discount since our conference was in the hotel. I wouldn't recommend this hotel highly.
