Great Value

This hotel is great value for the money. The rooms are clean and comfortable; the staff friendly and helpful; and the pool is enormous for the size of the hotel. I much prefer this hotel than the too-cool-for-school Ace Hotel just down the street.

Nice Place to Relax

The place was clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. I will be staying there again next time visiting!

Diamond in the Rough!

Air conditioner was on when we got there! That's a HUGE plus after driving in the summer to Palm Springs! Staff was friendly and responsive. Rooms were spacious and comfy. Beds were luxurious! Great stay!

This hotel was AMAZING. By far the best I have ever stayed at. I can't think of anything I didn't like about it.

Value for your money got an extra charge for $50.00 3 months later

All in all the hotel is nothing flashy it's clean and quiet. My only complaint was this my sister in law paid $50 to keep one room for a few exra hours and my credit card was charged for the same amount 3 MONTHS LATER. When I challenged the charge we no longer had the receipt and the manager Ashley told me no receipt no proof so I ate it. We had previously stayed at this hotel at least 6 times before and never had any issues before now, but I was very UNIMPRESSED BY THE MANAGER IN CHARGE!!!! Check you bills

Great room for the Money

The rooms are well equipped and clean.Staff is courteous and i think it is decent motel for the price. One thing i felt was missing was complementary breakfast.

Great deal for the money and close to the water park!!

The staff of this location were very helpful. The entire location was spotless. The air conditioner was already on which is a HUGE plus for us since we just drove 5 hours. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Spring Break

We stayed here for the second time. It's a nice place for the price. They were very accomidating even though it was spring break week and the Cochella Festival was going on. I did not like that the website did not mention that their restaurant and bar was out of business.

Very Nice - Would stay here again.

Great items: ceiling fan, comfortable bed, good pillows, size of room, no noise from street. Not so good items: The shower stream is wide and blast out it's difficult to suds up. The front desk service was slow. Our wait was 20 minutes at 4:30. Only two people were ahead of us.
