good place

The check in/out process was easy with the kiosk provided. The rooms themselves and their layout was great- I will definitely go back. Guest services was very helpful.

Great Room, Great Location

The room was very clean and spacious. I was more than pleased. The location was great. We were right down the street from the Galleria Mall and a few minutes away from the nightlife. The staff was more than nice and accomodating to our needs. One lady even took nice pictures of us for our memory books. I thought it was an overall great experience. I'm definitely staying there when I go back next year.

half and half

big room, comfortable bed, big tv, electronic hookups, they are very serious about not smoking in the room, we almost had to pay $200 because of that. there are zero vending machines so you have to pay twice the normal rate of a soda at their front counter. overall its good location, decent price.

Great Room - Great Location

The room looks exactly the way it is displayed in the photographs. 42in flat screen television is a really nice touch and partitioned living area. The only issue I had with the room was where the vanity was located. It's right in front of the beds (of the double queen room, not sure about other rooms) so if your rooming with others it can be a nuisance if you like to sleep in and others are up early...kind of disturbing.

Super close to Galleria

The hotel has very modern decor and accomodations. All the rooms have a new flat panel tv and a panel that you can hook up just about anything electronic like your laptop or camera, etc. The rooms also have a partitian that seperates a living area with a fold out couch, refridgerator, sink and desk from the bedroom area. The bed was firm. They have an OK continental breakfast but you can order a hot meal, also. They brew Starbucks basic breakfast blend free of charge but you can order a frilly coffee, too. There are lots of restaraunts nearby. It is about 10 minutes from downtown. The galleria is just a few minutes. It is in a 'business" type are so there is not much to do within walking distance. Walgreens across the street. I really likes this hotel.

Almost perfect

Heater/ AC unit was a little hard to regulate, cooled but not at the temperature the dial says, so was a little tricky getting the roon at the right temp. otherwise great stay.

Wonderful Room at Low Price!!

When we arrived at the hotel we could not believe how nice it was. The rooms were very inexpensive but the quality of the hotel was amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Great location and outstanding service

The hotel is tucked away but close to the dallas parkway so getting around is very easy. The Galleria was just a couple of blocks away and beltline road just up the street. The service was great, they informed us places to eat and see and were very quick to help us with whatever we needed. Great Hotel!
